عَادِلٌ: أُقَارِنُ بَيْنَ هَاتَيْنِ الْغَسَّالَتَيْنِ. الْأُولَى بِسِتِّمِائَةِ رِيَالٍ، وَالثَّانِيَةُ بِسَبْعِمِائَةٍ وَسِتِّينَ. مَا الَّذِي يُبَرِّرُ الْفَرْقَ؟
رَامِي: سَعَتُهُمَا وَاحِدَةٌ، وَدَرَجَةُ كَفَاءَةِ الطَّاقَةِ الْمَذْكُورَةُ عَلَى الْبِطَاقَتَيْنِ مُتَسَاوِيَةٌ. لَكِنَّ مُدَّةَ الضَّمَانِ مُخْتَلِفَةٌ.
عَادِلٌ: إِذَنْ لَا أَدْفَعُ الزِّيَادَةَ لِسَعَةٍ أَكْبَرَ. أَرْجُو أَنْ تَشْرَحَ مَا يَشْمَلُهُ ضَمَانُ كُلٍّ مِنْهُمَا.
رَامِي: بِحَسَبِ هَاتَيْنِ الْوَثِيقَتَيْنِ، ضَمَانُ الْأُولَى سَنَةٌ لِلْقِطَعِ وَالْعَمَلِ، وَضَمَانُ الثَّانِيَةِ ثَلَاثُ سَنَوَاتٍ بِشُرُوطٍ مُخْتَلِفَةٍ.
عَادِلٌ: أَتَعْنِي السَّنَوَاتُ الثَّلَاثُ أَنَّ جَمِيعَ تَكَالِيفِ الْإِصْلَاحِ مَشْمُولَةٌ طَوَالَ الْمُدَّةِ، أَمْ تُوجَدُ حُدُودٌ لِذَلِكَ؟
رَامِي: فِي السَّنَةِ الْأُولَى تُشْمَلُ الْقِطَعُ وَالْعَمَلُ. أَمَّا السَّنَتَانِ التَّالِيَتَانِ فَتُغَطَّى فِيهِمَا قِطَعُ الْغِيَارِ فَقَطْ لِلْأَعْطَالِ الْمَشْمُولَةِ.
عَادِلٌ: هَذَا فَرْقٌ مُهِمٌّ؛ فَعِبَارَةُ ضَمَانٍ لِثَلَاثِ سَنَوَاتٍ وَحْدَهَا لَا تُوَضِّحُ مَا قَدْ أَدْفَعُهُ لَاحِقًا.
رَامِي: صَحِيحٌ. أُجْرَةُ الْعَمَلِ الْمُحَدَّدَةُ هُنَا سِتُّونَ رِيَالًا لِلزِّيَارَةِ بَعْدَ السَّنَةِ الْأُولَى، وَلَا يَشْمَلُهَا الضَّمَانُ الْمُمْتَدُّ.
عَادِلٌ: وَمَاذَا عَنِ النَّقْلِ إِلَى مَرْكَزِ الصِّيَانَةِ؟ قَدْ تَكُونُ الرُّسُومُ الصَّغِيرَةُ مُهِمَّةً عِنْدَ جَمْعِهَا مَعًا.
رَامِي: تَذْكُرُ الْوَثِيقَتَانِ رُسُومَ نَقْلٍ قَدْرُهَا أَرْبَعُونَ رِيَالًا عِنْدَ الْحَاجَةِ إِلَيْهِ، حَتَّى خِلَالَ السَّنَةِ الْأُولَى.
عَادِلٌ: إِذَنْ الضَّمَانُ الْأَطْوَلُ لَا يَعْنِي إِصْلَاحًا مَجَّانِيًّا فِي كُلِّ حَالَةٍ. وَمَا أَهَمُّ الِاسْتِثْنَاءَاتِ الْمَذْكُورَةِ؟
رَامِي: تَسْتَثْنِي الْوَثِيقَتَانِ الضَّرَرَ النَّاتِجَ عَنْ سُوءِ الِاسْتِخْدَامِ، وَتَطْلُبَانِ فَحْصًا لِتَحْدِيدِ سَبَبِ الْعُطْلِ قَبْلَ تَأْكِيدِ التَّغْطِيَةِ.

عَادِلٌ: مِيزَانِيَّتِي تَسْمَحُ بِالْخِيَارَيْنِ، لَكِنِّي أُفَضِّلُ الِاحْتِفَاظَ بِفَرْقِ السِّعْرِ لِلنَّفَقَاتِ غَيْرِ الْمُتَوَقَّعَةِ مَا دَامَتِ الْوَظَائِفُ الْمَطْلُوبَةُ مُتَشَابِهَةً.
رَامِي: هَذَا اخْتِيَارٌ مَفْهُومٌ، مَعَ الْعِلْمِ بِأَنَّ الْمَبْلَغَ الْمُدَّخَرَ قَدْ لَا يَكْفِي لِإِصْلَاحٍ كَبِيرٍ بَعْدَ انْتِهَاءِ الضَّمَانِ.
