التَّفَاوُضُ عَلَى اسْتِرْدَادِ الْمَبْلَغِ أَوِ اسْتِبْدَالِ الْمُنْتَجِ
سَمِيرٌ: أُرِيدُ مُنَاقَشَةَ إِرْجَاعِ هَذَا الْمَاسِحِ الضَّوْئِيِّ؛ فَهُوَ لَا يَمْسَحُ وَجْهَيِ الْوَرَقَةِ تِلْقَائِيًّا كَمَا تَوَقَّعْتُ.
نَادِرٌ: يُؤْسِفُنِي ذَلِكَ. يُمْكِنُنَا تَقْدِيمُ جِهَازٍ جَدِيدٍ مِنَ الطِّرَازِ نَفْسِهِ بَعْدَ فَحْصِ الْجِهَازِ الْحَالِيِّ.
سَمِيرٌ: أُقَدِّرُ الْعَرْضَ، لَكِنَّ الْمُشْكِلَةَ لَيْسَتْ عُطْلًا فِي هَذِهِ الْوَحْدَةِ؛ هِيَ خَاصِّيَّةٌ غَيْرُ مَوْجُودَةٍ فِي الطِّرَازِ.
نَادِرٌ: أَذُكِرَتْ هَذِهِ الْخَاصِّيَّةُ فِي وَصْفِ الْمُنْتَجِ، أَمْ فَهِمْتَ ذَلِكَ مِنْ حَدِيثٍ مَعَ أَحَدِ الْمُوَظَّفِينَ؟
سَمِيرٌ: هَذِهِ صُورَةُ صَفْحَةِ الْمُنْتَجِ وَقْتَ الشِّرَاءِ. تَذْكُرُ الْمَسْحَ التِّلْقَائِيَّ لِلْوَجْهَيْنِ، وَهُوَ سَبَبُ اخْتِيَارِي لِلْجِهَازِ.
نَادِرٌ: أَرَى الِاخْتِلَافَ بَيْنَ الْوَصْفِ وَالْمُوَاصَفَاتِ. سَأُبَلِّغُ الْفَرِيقَ لِتَصْحِيحِ الصَّفْحَةِ، وَنَبْحَثُ الْآنَ عَنْ حَلٍّ لَكَ.
سَمِيرٌ: شُكْرًا. أَحْتَاجُ إِلَى مَسْحِ مَلَفَّاتٍ كَثِيرَةٍ يَوْمِيًّا؛ لِذَلِكَ لَا يُعَالِجُ الِاسْتِبْدَالُ بِالطِّرَازِ نَفْسِهِ الْمُشْكِلَةَ.
نَادِرٌ: الطِّرَازُ الْأَعْلَى يَتَضَمَّنُ الْخَاصِّيَّةَ الْمَطْلُوبَةَ. سِعْرُهُ سَبْعُمِائَةٍ وَخَمْسُونَ رِيَالًا، وَيَصِلُ بَعْدَ أُسْبُوعَيْنِ.
سَمِيرٌ: دَفَعْتُ سِتَّمِائَةِ رِيَالٍ، وَأَحْتَاجُ إِلَى الْجِهَازِ هَذَا الْأُسْبُوعَ. الزِّيَادَةُ وَالِانْتِظَارُ يَجْعَلَانِ الْعَرْضَ غَيْرَ مُنَاسِبٍ لِي.
نَادِرٌ: أَتَفَهَّمُ مَوْقِفَكَ. يُمْكِنُنِي عَرْضُ رَصِيدٍ بِقِيمَةِ الشِّرَاءِ تَسْتَخْدِمُهُ فِي أَيِّ مُنْتَجٍ مُتَاحٍ لَدَيْنَا.
سَمِيرٌ: أُفَضِّلُ اسْتِرْدَادَ الْمَبْلَغِ، لِأَنَّ الرَّصِيدَ يَحْصُرُ خِيَارَاتِي فِي مَتْجَرِكُمْ، وَالْجِهَازُ الْمُنَاسِبُ غَيْرُ مُتَاحٍ الْآنَ.
نَادِرٌ: الْعُلْبَةُ مَفْتُوحَةٌ. أَسْتَخْدَمْتَ الْجِهَازَ لِلْعَمَلِ، أَمِ اقْتَصَرَ الِاسْتِخْدَامُ عَلَى اخْتِبَارِ الْخَاصِّيَّةِ؟
سَمِيرٌ: مَسَحْتُ وَرَقَتَيْنِ لِلِاخْتِبَارِ فَقَطْ، ثُمَّ أَعَدْتُهُ إِلَى الْعُلْبَةِ. جَمِيعُ الْمُلْحَقَاتِ مَوْجُودَةٌ وَبِحَالَةٍ جَيِّدَةٍ.
نَادِرٌ: بِنَاءً عَلَى خَطَإِ الْوَصْفِ، أُوَافِقُ عَلَى اسْتِرْدَادِ الْمَبْلَغِ كَامِلًا بَعْدَ التَّحَقُّقِ مِنَ الْجِهَازِ وَمُلْحَقَاتِهِ.
سَمِيرٌ: هَذَا حَلٌّ مُنَاسِبٌ. أَتَشْمَلُ الْخُطَّةُ اسْتِلَامَ الْجِهَازِ، أَمْ يَجِبُ أَنْ أُرْسِلَهُ عَلَى نَفَقَتِي؟
نَادِرٌ: سَنَرْتِّبُ اسْتِلَامَهُ غَدًا دُونَ رُسُومٍ. أَمَّا الْمَبْلَغُ فَيُعَادُ إِلَى وَسِيلَةِ الدَّفْعِ الْأَصْلِيَّةِ.
سَمِيرٌ: وَمَتَى تَكْتَمِلُ الْعَمَلِيَّةُ؟ أُرِيدُ تَقْدِيرًا وَاضِحًا لِأُرَتِّبَ شِرَاءَ الْبَدِيلِ وَفْقَ مِيزَانِيَّتِي الْمُتَاحَةِ.
نَادِرٌ: نَتَوَقَّعُ إِتْمَامَهَا خِلَالَ ثَلَاثَةِ أَيَّامِ عَمَلٍ بَعْدَ الْفَحْصِ. سَنُرْسِلُ إِلَيْكَ تَأْكِيدًا عِنْدَ تَحْوِيلِ الْمَبْلَغِ.
سَمِيرٌ: أَرْجُو أَنْ تُثْبِتَ الْمَبْلَغَ وَمَوْعِدَ الِاسْتِلَامِ وَهَذِهِ الْمُدَّةَ فِي رِسَالَةٍ، حَتَّى تَكُونَ الْخُطُوَاتُ وَاضِحَةً.
نَادِرٌ: بِالتَّأْكِيدِ، وَسَأُضِيفُ رَقْمَ الطَّلَبِ لِلْمُتَابَعَةِ. إِذَا تَأَخَّرَ التَّحْوِيلُ، فَاتَّصِلْ بِنَا بِهَذَا الرَّقْمِ.
سَمِيرٌ: أُوَافِقُ عَلَى هَذَا الْحَلِّ؛ فَهُوَ يُعِيدُ لِي قُدْرَةَ الِاخْتِيَارِ دُونَ إِلْزَامِي بِشِرَاءٍ أَغْلَى.
نَادِرٌ: اِتَّفَقْنَا. سَأُرْسِلُ التَّفَاصِيلَ الْآنَ، وَأُتَابِعُ تَصْحِيحَ الْوَصْفِ لِتَجَنُّبِ تَكْرَارِ الْمُشْكِلَةِ مَعَ عُمَلَاءَ آخَرِينَ.

Samir: I would like to return this scanner; it does not scan both sides automatically as I expected.
