سَمِيرٌ: وَهَذَا مَا فَهِمَهُ بَعْضُ الْأَعْضَاءِ. فَقَدْ بَقِيَ تَعْلِيقٌ لِعُضْوٍ مَعْرُوفٍ يَصِفُ الْمُعْتَرِضِينَ بِأَنَّهُمْ يُثِيرُونَ الْفَوْضَى، لِأَنَّهُ نُشِرَ فِي صَفْحَةٍ أُخْرَى لَمْ تُغْلَقْ مَعَ النِّقَاشِ.
نَادِرٌ: لَمْ أَكُنْ قَدْ رَأَيْتُ ذَلِكَ التَّعْلِيقَ، وَأَنَا الْمُشْرِفُ الْوَحِيدُ هَذَا الْأُسْبُوعَ. لَكِنَّ ضِيقَ الْوَقْتِ لَا يُبَرِّرُ تَرْكَ انْطِبَاعٍ بِأَنَّ الْقَاعِدَةَ تَتَغَيَّرُ بِحَسَبِ شُهْرَةِ صَاحِبِ التَّعْلِيقِ.
هُدَى: تَوَاصَلَ مَعِي صَاحِبُ الِاسْمِ الْمُسْتَعَارِ بِصِفَتِي صَحَفِيَّةً. يَقُولُ إِنَّهُ يَعْمَلُ مُؤَقَّتًا فِي الْمَرْكَزِ وَيَخْشَى خَسَارَةَ عَمَلِهِ، وَهَذَا يُفَسِّرُ طَلَبَهُ السِّرِّيَّةَ دُونَ أَنْ يُثْبِتَ صِحَّةَ اتِّهَامِهِ.
سَمِيرٌ: أَتَفَهَّمُ الْخَوْفَ، لَكِنَّ الْمُنَسِّقَ أَيْضًا يَجِبُ أَنْ يَسْتَطِيعَ الرَّدَّ عَلَى كَلَامٍ يَمَسُّ سُمْعَتَهُ. كَيْفَ نَحْمِي الْمُعَلِّقَ دُونَ أَنْ نَجْعَلَ الْغُمُوضَ حِمَايَةً لِاتِّهَامٍ يَصْعُبُ فَحْصُهُ؟
نَادِرٌ: كُنْتُ أَرَى أَنَّ نَشْرَ الِاسْمِ يُتِيحُ الْمُحَاسَبَةَ، لَكِنَّ الْأَمْثِلَةَ الَّتِي ذَكَرْتُمَاهَا تُضْعِفُ هَذَا الِافْتِرَاضَ. قَدْ نَعْرِفُ صَاحِبَ الْكَلَامِ وَيَظَلُّ كَلَامُهُ مُؤْذِيًا أَوْ غَيْرَ دَقِيقٍ.
هُدَى: لِنَفْصِلْ بَيْنَ إِخْفَاءِ الِاسْمِ عَنِ الْجُمْهُورِ وَرَفْضِ تَقْدِيمِ أَيِّ دَلِيلٍ. يُمْكِنُ لِلْمُعَلِّقِ إِرْسَالُ مَا يَسْنُدُ كَلَامَهُ إِلَى قَنَاةٍ خَاصَّةٍ، مَعَ شَرْحِ مَنْ سَيَطَّلِعُ عَلَيْهِ.
سَمِيرٌ: هَلْ يَعْنِي ذَلِكَ أَنَّ مَنْ يُرْسِلُ وَثِيقَةً خَاصَّةً يَحْصُلُ عَلَى عَلَامَةٍ تَجْعَلُ الْآخَرِينَ يُصَدِّقُونَهُ؟ قَدْ تَكُونُ الْوَثِيقَةُ صَحِيحَةً، وَيَكُونُ تَفْسِيرُهُ لِمَا فِيهَا نَاقِصًا أَوْ خَاطِئًا.
نَادِرٌ: لَنْ نَمْنَحَ عَلَامَةَ صِحَّةٍ لِلِادِّعَاءِ. سَنَطْلُبُ تَوْضِيحَ الْوَاقِعَةِ وَتَارِيخِهَا، ثُمَّ نُتِيحُ الرَّدَّ عَلَيْهَا دُونَ كَشْفِ الْهُوِيَّةِ. وَإِذَا لَمْ تَكْفِ الْمَعْلُومَاتُ فَلَنْ نُقَدِّمَ الِاتِّهَامَ كَحَقِيقَةٍ.
هُدَى: وَحَتَّى تِلْكَ الْقَنَاةُ لَيْسَتْ بِلَا مَخَاطِرَ. قَدْ يَكْشِفُ تَفْصِيلٌ صَغِيرٌ صَاحِبَ الرِّسَالَةِ، لِذَلِكَ لَا نَعِدُهُ بِسِرِّيَّةٍ مُطْلَقَةٍ، وَلَا نَطْلُبُ بَيَانَاتٍ لَا نَحْتَاجُ إِلَيْهَا لِلْفَحْصِ.
سَمِيرٌ: مَاذَا عَنْ تَعْلِيقِي الْمَحْذُوفِ؟ لَمْ يَتَضَمَّنْ أَرْقَامًا خَاصَّةً وَلَا اتِّهَامًا لِشَخْصٍ، بَلْ طَلَبَ تَوْضِيحِ مَوْعِدِ التَّسْجِيلِ. إِعَادَةُ فَتْحِ النِّقَاشِ لَا تُصْلِحُ وَحْدَهَا ذَلِكَ الْحَذْفَ الْعَامَّ.
نَادِرٌ: سَأُعِيدُ تَعْلِيقَكَ، وَأُوَضِّحُ أَنَّ إِغْلَاقَ النِّقَاشِ أَزَالَ مُشَارَكَاتٍ لَمْ تُخَالِفِ الْقَاعِدَةَ. أَمَّا صُورَةُ الْجَدْوَلِ فَتَبْقَى مَحْجُوبَةً، وَسَنَطْلُبُ مِنْ صَاحِبِهَا نُسْخَةً تَخْلُو مِنَ الْبَيَانَاتِ الْخَاصَّةِ.
هُدَى: وَلَا نُعِدْ كِتَابَةَ اتِّهَامِهِ ثُمَّ نَنْسُبْهُ إِلَيْهِ كَأَنَّهُ وَافَقَ عَلَيْهِ. يُمْكِنُ اقْتِرَاحُ سُؤَالٍ أَدَقَّ عَنْ مَعَايِيرِ التَّوْزِيعِ، لَكِنَّ نَشْرَ نُسْخَةٍ مُعَدَّلَةٍ بِاسْمِهِ يَتَطَلَّبُ مُوَافَقَتَهُ.
سَمِيرٌ: أُرِيدُ أَنْ أَعْرِفَ سَبَبَ الْحَذْفِ عِنْدَ حُدُوثِهِ، لَا بَعْدَ أَنْ أَجِدَ طَرِيقًا إِلَى هَذَا الِاجْتِمَاعِ. رِسَالَةُ «مُخَالَفَةِ الْقَوَاعِدِ» وَحْدَهَا لَا تُبَيِّنُ الْجُزْءَ الَّذِي أَسْتَطِيعُ تَصْحِيحَهُ.
نَادِرٌ: سَأُضِيفُ سَبَبًا مُحَدَّدًا: نَشْرَ بَيَانَاتٍ خَاصَّةٍ، أَوْ إِسَاءَةً شَخْصِيَّةً، أَوْ اتِّهَامًا يَحْتَاجُ إِلَى تَوْضِيحٍ. وَسَأُبَيِّنُ هَلِ الْإِجْرَاءُ حَجْبٌ مُؤَقَّتٌ أَمْ حَذْفٌ، وَكَيْفَ يُمْكِنُ الِاعْتِرَاضُ عَلَيْهِ.
هُدَى: الْوُضُوحُ مُهِمٌّ، لَكِنْ مَنْ يُرَاجِعُ الِاعْتِرَاضَ؟ إِذَا كُنْتَ أَنْتَ مَنْ يَحْذِفُ وَيَحْسِمُ الشَّكْوَى، فَقَدْ تَقْرَأُهَا دِفَاعًا عَنْ قَرَارِكَ، حَتَّى إِنْ حَاوَلْتَ الْإِنْصَافَ فِي قِرَاءَتِهَا.
سَمِيرٌ: يُمْكِنُ أَنْ تُرَاجِعَ هُدَى هَذِهِ الْحَالَةَ، فَهِيَ تَعْرِفُ تَفَاصِيلَهَا وَتَسْتَطِيعُ فَهْمَ الْوَثَائِقِ. لَكِنَّنِي لَا أُرِيدُ أَنْ يَعْتَمِدَ الِاعْتِرَاضُ عَلَى مَعْرِفَةِ عُضْوٍ بِشَخْصٍ مُؤَثِّرٍ فِي الْمُنْتَدَى.

Nadir: I closed the neighbourhood forum discussion about allocating workshop places after it turned into personal accusations. I am considering requiring real names before reopening it to participation.
Huda: Before changing the requirement, can we identify what happened? I read a comment under a pseudonym asking about the waiting list, and replies under real names mocking its author instead of answering.
Samir: I wrote under my own name that registration dates had been unclear, and my comment was deleted with the rest of the discussion. I do not think displaying names will solve the problem of distinguishing criticism from abuse.
Nadir: The initial question was acceptable, but its author later posted a picture of a table containing participants’ phone numbers. They then claimed the coordinator gives places to acquaintances without explaining the source of the information.
Huda: Removing phone numbers makes sense, but the question about allocation remains legitimate. If we group both issues under one reason for deletion, it may look as though we are shielding the coordinator from scrutiny.
Samir: That is how some members understood it. A well-known member’s comment describing those objecting as troublemakers remained because it was posted on another page that was not closed with the discussion.
Nadir: I had not seen that comment, and I am the only moderator this week. But limited time does not justify leaving the impression that the rule changes according to the commenter’s prominence.
Huda: The pseudonymous commenter contacted me in my capacity as a journalist. They say they work temporarily at the centre and fear losing their job; that explains their request for confidentiality without proving the accusation true.
Samir: I understand the fear, but the coordinator should also be able to respond to something affecting their reputation. How do we protect the commenter without making anonymity a shield for an accusation that is hard to examine?
Nadir: I had thought publishing names made accountability possible, but the examples you both gave weaken that assumption. We may know who is speaking and their words may still be harmful or inaccurate.
Huda: Let us distinguish hiding a name from the public from refusing to provide any evidence. A commenter can send supporting material through a private channel, with an explanation of who will see it.
Samir: Does that mean someone sending a private document receives a badge that makes others believe them? The document could be authentic while their interpretation of its contents is incomplete or wrong.
Nadir: We will not award a badge certifying the claim. We will request details of the event and its date, then allow a response without revealing identity. If the information is insufficient, we will not present the accusation as fact.
Huda: Even that channel is not risk-free. A small detail could identify the sender, so we should not promise absolute confidentiality or request information we do not need for the examination.
Samir: What about my deleted comment? It contained neither private numbers nor an accusation against anyone, just a request to clarify the registration date. Reopening the discussion alone does not repair that blanket deletion.
Nadir: I will restore your comment and explain that closing the discussion removed contributions that did not breach the rule. The table image will remain hidden, and we will ask its author for a version without private information.
Huda: And let us not rewrite the accusation and attribute it to the author as if they had approved it. We can suggest a more precise question about allocation criteria, but publishing an amended version under their name requires their agreement.
Samir: I want to know the reason for deletion when it happens, not after finding a way into this meeting. A message saying “breach of the rules” alone does not show which part I can correct.
Nadir: I will add a specific reason: disclosure of private information, a personal insult or an accusation needing clarification. I will also say whether the action is temporary hiding or deletion and how to challenge it.
Huda: Clarity matters, but who reviews the objection? If you both delete and decide the complaint, you may read it defensively on behalf of your own decision, even if you try to be fair.
Samir: Huda could review this case because she knows the details and can understand the documents. But I do not want the chance to appeal to depend on a member knowing someone influential in the forum.
Huda: I would not be the right reviewer for this case because I am preparing a report about the centre and contacted the commenter. I can explain the procedure, but someone uninvolved should make the judgment.
Nadir: I will ask a moderator from another section to review the appeal and make the same form available to everyone. We will acknowledge receipt within two days, with an estimated response date depending on the case’s complexity.
Samir: I suggest publishing anonymised examples showing when we restore comments and when we keep them hidden. We do not need to repeat the insult itself to show that we addressed it.
Huda: Let us also monitor appeals that reveal our mistakes, not just the number of deleted comments. Reduced participation could mean calm, or it could mean that people with questions have lost the desire to speak.
Nadir: I will withdraw the proposal requiring everyone’s real names, and we will trial the procedure for six weeks. First I will review the comment on the other page; we should not begin while the standard is inconsistently applied.
