أَمِينَةُ: أَفْهَمُ الْمُشْكِلَةَ. هَلْ يَتَوَقَّفُ تَطْبِيقٌ وَاحِدٌ فَقَطْ، أَمْ تَتَوَقَّفُ جَمِيعُ التَّطْبِيقَاتِ عَلَى أَكْثَرَ مِنْ جِهَازٍ؟
مَازِنٌ: تَتَوَقَّفُ كُلُّ التَّطْبِيقَاتِ عَلَى الْهَاتِفِ وَالْحَاسُوبِ فِي الْوَقْتِ نَفْسِهِ، وَيَحْدُثُ ذَلِكَ نَحْوَ مَرَّتَيْنِ فِي السَّاعَةِ.
أَمِينَةُ: كَمْ يَدُومُ الِانْقِطَاعُ فِي كُلِّ مَرَّةٍ؟ وَهَلْ أَعَدْتَ تَشْغِيلَ جِهَازِ التَّوْجِيهِ أَوْ فَحَصْتَ الْكَبْلَاتِ؟
مَازِنٌ: يَدُومُ نَحْوَ خَمْسِ دَقَائِقَ ثُمَّ يَعُودُ الِاتِّصَالُ. أَعَدْتُ تَشْغِيلَ الْجِهَازِ مَرَّةً وَاحِدَةً وَتَأَكَّدْتُ مِنَ الْكَبْلَاتِ.
أَمِينَةُ: شُكْرًا، سَأُسَجِّلُ هَذِهِ الْخُطُوَاتِ. هَلْ أَضَفْتَ جِهَازًا جَدِيدًا أَوْ غَيَّرْتَ شَيْئًا قَبْلَ بِدَايَةِ الْمُشْكِلَةِ؟
مَازِنٌ: لَا، لَمْ أُغَيِّرْ شَيْئًا. أَسْتَخْدِمُ الْأَجْهِزَةَ نَفْسَهَا، وَالِاتِّصَالُ يَعْمَلُ جَيِّدًا فِي الصَّبَاحِ.
أَمِينَةُ: هَذَا يُسَاعِدُنَا، لَكِنَّ السَّبَبَ لَمْ يَتَّضِحْ بَعْدُ. سَأَطْلُبُ مِنَ الْفَنِّيِّ مُرَاجَعَةَ الْخَطِّ غَدًا.
مَازِنٌ: هَلْ يُمْكِنُ أَنْ تَكُونَ الْمُرَاجَعَةُ بَيْنَ الْعَاشِرَةِ وَالْحَادِيَةَ عَشْرَةَ؟ أَكُونُ مُتَاحًا لِلْمُكَالَمَةِ فِي ذَلِكَ الْوَقْتِ.
أَمِينَةُ: نَعَمْ، هُنَاكَ مَوْعِدٌ فِي الْعَاشِرَةِ وَالنِّصْفِ. سَيُرَاجِعُ الْفَنِّيُّ الْخَطَّ مِنْ طَرَفِنَا وَيَتَّصِلُ بِكَ إِذَا احْتَاجَ إِلَى تَوْضِيحٍ.

أَمِينَةُ: مَفْهُومٌ، سَنَتَّصِلُ بِكَ فِي الْحَادِيَةَ عَشْرَةَ لِنُخْبِرَكَ بِمَا وَصَلْنَا إِلَيْهِ، حَتَّى إِذَا لَمْ تَكُنِ الْمُشْكِلَةُ قَدْ حُلَّتْ.
مَازِنٌ: مُمْتَازٌ. هَلْ سَأَحْصُلُ عَلَى رَقْمٍ لِلْبَلَاغِ حَتَّى أَسْتَطِيعَ مُتَابَعَتَهُ إِذَا اسْتَمَرَّتِ الْمُشْكِلَةُ؟
أَمِينَةُ: نَعَمْ، رَقْمُ الْبَلَاغِ أَرْبَعَةٌ وَخَمْسُونَ. سَأَضَعُ فِيهِ وَصْفَكَ وَالْفُحُوصَاتِ الَّتِي قُمْتَ بِهَا وَمَوْعِدَ الْمُتَابَعَةِ.
مَازِنٌ: هَلْ أُعِيدُ تَشْغِيلَ الْجِهَازِ عِنْدَ كُلِّ انْقِطَاعٍ؟ كَمَا ذَكَرْتُ، لَمْ تُنْهِ الْمُحَاوَلَةُ السَّابِقَةُ الْمُشْكِلَةَ.
أَمِينَةُ: لَا حَاجَةَ إِلَى تَكْرَارِ ذَلِكَ الْآنَ. سَجِّلْ وَقْتَ بِدَايَةِ كُلِّ انْقِطَاعٍ وَمُدَّتَهُ لِنُقَارِنَ ذَلِكَ بِسِجِلَّاتِ الْخَطِّ.

أَمِينَةُ: جَيِّدٌ، سَأُضِيفُهُمَا إِلَى الْبَلَاغِ. وَفِي مُلَاحَظَاتِكَ الْجَدِيدَةِ، اُذْكُرِ التَّارِيخَ أَيْضًا وَهَلْ تَأَثَّرَ الْجِهَازَانِ مَعًا.
مَازِنٌ: إِذَنْ، مُرَاجَعَةُ الْخَطِّ غَدًا فِي الْعَاشِرَةِ وَالنِّصْفِ، وَمُكَالَمَةُ الْمُتَابَعَةِ فِي الْحَادِيَةَ عَشْرَةَ. شُكْرًا عَلَى التَّوْضِيحِ.

Mazin: Hello. The internet at my home has been cutting out every evening for three days, and this disrupts my work from home.

Mazin: All the apps stop working on my phone and computer at the same time, and it happens about twice an hour.
Amina: How long does each interruption last? And have you restarted the router or checked the cables?
Mazin: It lasts about five minutes, then the connection returns. I restarted the router once and checked the cables.
Amina: Thank you. I will record these steps. Did you add a new device or change anything before the problem started?
Mazin: No, I have not changed anything. I am using the same devices, and the connection works well in the morning.
Amina: That helps us, but the cause is not clear yet. I will ask the technician to check the line tomorrow.
