الْإِبْلَاغُ عَنْ حَقِيبَةِ سَفَرٍ مَفْقُودَةٍ
رَانِيَا: لَمْ أَجِدْ حَقِيبَتِي عَلَى السَّيْرِ، مَعَ أَنَّنِي انْتَظَرْتُ حَتَّى خَرَجَ جَمِيعُ الرُّكَّابِ.
كَمَالٌ: سَنُسَجِّلُ الْبَلَاغَ وَنَبْحَثُ عَنْهَا. هَلْ لَدَيْكِ بِطَاقَةُ الْأَمْتِعَةِ وَبِطَاقَةُ الصُّعُودِ؟
رَانِيَا: نَعَمْ، هُمَا فِي هَذَا الظَّرْفِ. وَصَلْتُ عَلَى رِحْلَةِ السَّاعَةِ الثَّامِنَةِ مِنْ عَمَّانَ.
كَمَالٌ: شُكْرًا. هَلِ انْتَظَرْتِ عِنْدَ السَّيْرِ رَقْمِ أَرْبَعَةٍ؟ فَهُوَ الْمُخَصَّصُ لِهَذِهِ الرِّحْلَةِ.
رَانِيَا: نَعَمْ، وَرَاجَعْتُ السَّيْرَ الْمُجَاوِرَ أَيْضًا، لَكِنَّنِي لَمْ أَرَ حَقِيبَةً تُشْبِهُ حَقِيبَتِي.
كَمَالٌ: صِفِي لِي لَوْنَهَا وَحَجْمَهَا، وَاذْكُرِي أَيَّ عَلَامَةٍ تُسَاعِدُنَا عَلَى تَمْيِيزِهَا.
رَانِيَا: هِيَ خَضْرَاءُ وَمُتَوَسِّطَةُ الْحَجْمِ، وَحَوْلَهَا حِزَامٌ أَسْوَدُ. رَبَطْتُ شَرِيطًا أَحْمَرَ بِمِقْبَضِهَا.
كَمَالٌ: هَلْ هِيَ ذَاتُ عَجَلَتَيْنِ أَمْ أَرْبَعِ عَجَلَاتٍ؟ وَهَلْ تَحْمِلُ اسْمَكِ مِنَ الْخَارِجِ؟
رَانِيَا: لَهَا أَرْبَعُ عَجَلَاتٍ، وَاسْمِي مَكْتُوبٌ عَلَى بِطَاقَةٍ خَلْفِيَّةٍ. وَفِي أَسْفَلِهَا خَدْشٌ صَغِيرٌ.
كَمَالٌ: هَذِهِ تَفَاصِيلُ مُفِيدَةٌ. هَلْ لَدَيْكِ صُورَةٌ لَهَا تُظْهِرُ الْحِزَامَ أَوِ الشَّرِيطَ؟
رَانِيَا: لَدَيَّ صُورَةٌ عَلَى هَاتِفِي. اِلْتَقَطْتُهَا قَبْلَ السَّفَرِ، وَيَظْهَرُ فِيهَا الشَّرِيطُ بِوُضُوحٍ.
كَمَالٌ: سَأُضِيفُ الصُّورَةَ إِلَى الْبَلَاغِ. أَيْنَ سَتُقِيمِينَ، وَكَمْ لَيْلَةً سَتَبْقَيْنَ هُنَاكَ؟
رَانِيَا: سَأُقِيمُ فِي فُنْدُقِ الْبُسْتَانِ ثَلَاثَ لَيَالٍ، وَلَدَيَّ عُنْوَانُهُ الْكَامِلُ فِي تَأْكِيدِ الْحَجْزِ.
كَمَالٌ: اُكْتُبِي الْعُنْوَانَ وَرَقْمَ هَاتِفِكِ هُنَا، مِنْ فَضْلِكِ، ثُمَّ رَاجِعِي الْأَرْقَامَ قَبْلَ التَّوْقِيعِ.
رَانِيَا: هَا هِيَ الْبَيَانَاتُ. هَلْ يُمْكِنُكُمْ إِخْبَارِي بِنَتِيجَةِ الْبَحْثِ قَبْلَ نِهَايَةِ الْيَوْمِ؟
كَمَالٌ: سَأَتَّصِلُ بِكِ فِي السَّادِسَةِ مَسَاءً، حَتَّى إِذَا لَمْ نَحْصُلْ عَلَى مَعْلُومَاتٍ جَدِيدَةٍ.
رَانِيَا: وَإِذَا عَثَرْتُمْ عَلَيْهَا، فَهَلْ يَجِبُ أَنْ أَعُودَ إِلَى الْمَطَارِ لِاسْتِلَامِهَا؟
كَمَالٌ: سَنَتَّفِقُ عَلَى طَرِيقَةِ اسْتِلَامِهَا بَعْدَ تَحْدِيدِ مَكَانِهَا. لَا أَسْتَطِيعُ تَأْكِيدَ التَّوْصِيلِ الْآنَ.
رَانِيَا: فَهِمْتُ. سَأَنْتَظِرُ اتِّصَالَكَ فِي السَّادِسَةِ، وَسَأُبْقِي هَاتِفِي قَرِيبًا مِنِّي.
كَمَالٌ: هَذِهِ نُسْخَةُ الْبَلَاغِ وَرَقْمُهُ. اِحْتَفِظِي بِهِمَا لِنَصِلَ إِلَى بَيَانَاتِكِ بِسُرْعَةٍ عِنْدَ الِاتِّصَالِ.

Rania: I did not find my suitcase on the belt, even though I waited until all the passengers had left.
Kamal — baggage employee: We will record the report and look for it. Do you have the baggage tag and your boarding pass?
Rania: Yes. They are in this envelope. I arrived on the eight o’clock flight from Amman.
Kamal — baggage employee: Thank you. Did you wait at belt number four? That is the one assigned to this flight.
Rania: Yes, and I also checked the neighbouring belt, but I did not see a suitcase like mine.
Kamal — baggage employee: Describe its colour and size for me, and mention any mark that helps us identify it.
Rania: It is green and medium-sized, with a black strap around it. I tied a red ribbon to its handle.
Kamal — baggage employee: Does it have two wheels or four? And does it have your name on the outside?
Rania: It has four wheels, and my name is written on a tag at the back. There is a small scratch at the bottom.
Kamal — baggage employee: Those are useful details. Do you have a photo of it showing the strap or ribbon?
Rania: I have a photo on my phone. I took it before travelling, and the ribbon is clearly visible.
Kamal — baggage employee: I will add the photo to the report. Where will you stay, and how many nights will you be there?
Rania: I will stay at Al-Bustan Hotel for three nights, and I have its full address in the booking confirmation.
Kamal — baggage employee: Please write the address and your phone number here, then check the digits before signing.
Rania: Here are the details. Could you let me know the result of the search before the end of the day?
Kamal — baggage employee: I will call you at six this evening, even if we have not received any new information.
Rania: And if you find it, will I need to return to the airport to collect it?
Kamal — baggage employee: We will agree how you can receive it after locating it. I cannot confirm delivery now.
Rania: I understand. I will wait for your call at six and keep my phone nearby.
Kamal — baggage employee: Here is a copy of the report and its number. Keep them so we can find your details quickly when you call.
