Nader’s room does not match his booking. He explains which features matter, compares two alternatives, and checks the details before accepting a replacement.

Nader: Excuse me. I went up to my room and found that it does not match the description in the booking confirmation.
Rasha — receptionist: I am sorry for the inconvenience. What is the room number, and what difference did you notice?
Nader: It is room twenty. I booked two separate beds, but there is only one large bed in it.
Rasha — receptionist: Let me see your confirmation on your phone. Yes, it shows two separate beds and a quiet room at the back.
Nader: And my current room overlooks the street. I am travelling with my brother, so we need two beds.
Rasha — receptionist: I see that we gave you another room’s key by mistake. I will look for a solution that matches your booking.
Nader: Thank you. Quiet is also important because we will leave early in the morning and want to sleep early.
Rasha — receptionist: We have a room at the back with two beds on the fourth floor, but it needs half an hour to prepare.
Nader: Is there a quiet room ready now? My brother is waiting in the lobby with the bags.
Rasha — receptionist: There is one on the third floor, but it has one large bed that cannot be separated.
Nader: Then we would prefer to wait for the room on the fourth floor. Separate beds matter more than getting in immediately.
Rasha — receptionist: All right. I will reserve it for you both. It is the same size, and the agreed price will not change.
Nader: Does it actually overlook the courtyard at the back? I want to make sure before moving the bags.
Rasha — receptionist: Yes, and it is also far from the lift. You can see it before settling in.
Nader: That is suitable. Should we leave our bags in the lobby while waiting, or somewhere else?
Rasha — receptionist: We can put them in the luggage room behind reception, then move them after you approve the room.
Nader: Excellent. We will sit in the café beside the entrance. Will you let us know when the room is ready?
Rasha — receptionist: Certainly. It should be about half an hour, and I will bring you the key after checking the room.
Nader: Thank you. So we will move to a room at the back with two beds, at the same price.
Rasha — receptionist: Correct, and I will update the room number in the booking. Thank you for your patience and for explaining your request clearly.
