In this fictional scenario, Hisham and Rami are organising a community craft display. Possible rain leads them to adapt the courtyard plan for an indoor room.

Hisham: The craft display is tomorrow in the centre’s courtyard, but rain is possible. We need an alternative plan.
Rami: Should we wait until morning or decide now to move it indoors? Arranging the tables takes time.
Hisham: I prefer deciding now because we need to inform the participants. Is the small room available tomorrow?
Rami: Yes, the manager confirmed that. It holds thirty people, and twenty are registered, but its shape differs from the courtyard.
Hisham: In the courtyard we planned to put the four tables in one row. Is the room wide enough for that arrangement?
Rami: No. Let us put two tables beside each side wall and leave the middle of the room for visitors to pass through.
Hisham: What about the gift-wrapping corner? We were going to put it under the canopy in the courtyard.
Rami: We can move it to the table near the window. We do not need a fifth table, as space is limited.
Hisham: That is a suitable idea. We will also keep the passage in front of the door clear instead of putting the material boxes there.
Rami: I will put the boxes in the small storeroom and bring only what we need into the room.
Hisham: Should we also change the display’s time? The announced time is four in the afternoon, and participants have arranged their day.
Rami: No, we will keep the same time. But we need to arrive at three to arrange the new room.
Hisham: I will send a message to those registered today. I will mention that the location has changed and the time has not.
Rami: Add that the room is on the ground floor beside the office, and ask them to confirm that they received the message.
Hisham: I will call anyone who does not reply tomorrow before noon. I do not want anyone waiting in the courtyard.
Rami: I will tell the exhibitors about the new table arrangement so each knows their place before arriving.
Hisham: If it does not rain tomorrow, will we return to the courtyard plan or stay in the room?
Rami: We will stay in the room after informing everyone, so we do not confuse them with another last-minute change.
Hisham: Agreed. We will move the display indoors, adjust the table layout, and confirm the new location with everyone.
Rami: And we will meet tomorrow at three. That leaves us time to try the arrangement before visitors arrive.
