Layla: Hello. I need help. The shared washing machine stopped during the wash.
Building staff member: Hello. Which washing machine are you using?
Layla: Machine number two in the laundry room on the ground floor.
Building staff member: When did the problem start?
Layla: I started the wash at nine, and the machine stopped after ten minutes. My clothes are still inside it.
Building staff member: Thank you for telling me. Do not use it again; the technician will check it.
Layla: All right. Is another washing machine available?
Building staff member: Yes. Machine number three in the next room is available now.
Layla: Can I start the wash in it now?
Building staff member: Wait for the technician first. He will take your clothes out of the stopped machine and help you move them.
Layla: Do I need to pay again for the other machine?
Building staff member: No. I will transfer your payment to the other machine.
Layla: Thank you. Will the technician come soon?
Building staff member: Yes. He is in the building and will reach you within five minutes.
Layla: I will wait outside the laundry room. Call me when he arrives, please.
Building staff member: Certainly. I will call you when he arrives.
