At lunchtime, Karim opens his bag. He is hungry, but the lunch box is not in the bag. He looks under the desk but does not find it. He asks his friend Hasan, “Where is my box?” Hasan asks, “What colour is it?” Karim says, “It is green, and it has bread, cheese and an apple inside.”

The two friends search the classroom. There are books and pens on the teacher’s desk, but there is no box. Hasan looks next to the window. There is a big book there, and behind it is something green. He says, “Come here, Karim! Is this your box?” Karim comes closer and says, “Yes, this is my box!”

Karim remembers: in the morning, he put the box there before the lesson and opened the window. He thanks his friend and sits with him. He eats the bread and cheese, then the apple. After lunch, he puts his box in the bag and closes the bag. The box is now in a large pocket beside his book. Now he knows where it is, and he is happy.
