Lina: Could we move delivery from Friday to Tuesday while keeping all the agreed features?

Nabil: I understand the importance of speed, but the current plan needs all the available time. What has changed?

Lina: A presentation to investors has been scheduled for Tuesday, and I want to show the product rather than only describe it.

Nabil: Do you need the entire reporting system for this presentation, or would the basic booking experience suffice?

Lina: Booking is the most important part, and reports would strengthen the presentation. But I can explain their concept verbally.

Nabil: That changes the available options. We can focus on booking while keeping time to test it.

Lina: Before postponing the reports, would adding another employee help finish everything early?

Nabil: Not necessarily; introducing them to the project takes time from the team. I cannot treat that as a guaranteed solution.

Lina: What about reducing testing just for this version? We will not use it with the public yet.

Nabil: I would not recommend that, because a booking failure during the presentation would weaken confidence. We should reduce the features delivered, not the quality standard.

Lina: I agree on that. What arrangement would meet the presentation’s needs while allowing us to finish the project?

Nabil: We deliver tested booking on Tuesday; as for the reports, we deliver them on Friday, within the original deadline.

Lina: I am concerned that the first delivery could be understood as the complete project. How can we make the distinction clear?

Nabil: We write two lists showing what each stage contains and label the first version the presentation version, stating its limits.

Lina: That is acceptable. So the reports are postponed until Friday, not removed from the agreed project.

Nabil: Correct, and we need your written confirmation today to organise tasks around the two stages without duplicating work.

Lina: If my team requests an additional feature for the presentation, would it automatically be included in Tuesday’s delivery?

Nabil: No. If we add a feature, we will review its effect on timing and agree on an adjustment before starting.

Lina: What is the fallback if booking fails the tests? I do not want a surprise on presentation day.

Nabil: I will report the result at noon on Monday. If needed, we will use the previous stable version for a limited presentation whose limits are made clear.

Lina: I agree to that fallback. Send me the two stages and the review checkpoint, and I will confirm the plan today.

Nabil: I will, and I will clarify that delivering one part early does not mean delivering the whole project early.
