يُوسُفُ: كَانَ التَّقْدِيرُ الْمُتَّفَقُ عَلَيْهِ مِئَةً وَثَمَانِينَ رِيَالًا، لَكِنَّ الْفَاتُورَةَ تَطْلُبُ مِئَتَيْنِ وَأَرْبَعِينَ. أُرِيدُ فَهْمَ الْفَرْقِ قَبْلَ الدَّفْعِ.
لِينَا: يَشْمَلُ الْفَرْقُ أَرْبَعِينَ رِيَالًا لِحَامِلٍ جَدِيدٍ، وَعِشْرِينَ لِتَنْظِيفِ الْمُكَيِّفِ. هَلْ شَرَحَ لَكَ الْفَنِّيُّ هَذَيْنِ الْبَنْدَيْنِ؟
يُوسُفُ: شَرَحَ أَنَّ الْحَامِلَ مَكْسُورٌ، وَذَكَرَ سِعْرَهُ، فَوَافَقْتُ عَلَى تَغْيِيرِهِ. أَمَّا التَّنْظِيفُ، فَلَمْ نُنَاقِشْ تَكْلِفَتَهُ مُطْلَقًا.
لِينَا: تُشِيرُ مُلَاحَظَتُهُ إِلَى أَنَّ التَّنْظِيفَ كَانَ ضَرُورِيًّا لِإِكْمَالِ الْخِدْمَةِ. لِذَلِكَ أَضَافَ الرُّسُومَ إِلَى الْفَاتُورَةِ النِّهَائِيَّةِ.
يُوسُفُ: أَتَفَهَّمُ الْحَاجَةَ إِلَيْهِ، لَكِنَّ ضَرُورَةَ الْعَمَلِ لَا تَعْنِي أَنَّنِي وَافَقْتُ عَلَى سِعْرٍ لَمْ أَسْمَعْهُ.
لِينَا: هَذَا فَرْقٌ مُهِمٌّ. هَلْ لَدَيْكَ نُسْخَةٌ مِنَ التَّقْدِيرِ لِنُرَاجِعَ مَا يَشْمَلُهُ وَمَا يَسْتَثْنِيهِ بِدِقَّةٍ؟
يُوسُفُ: نَعَمْ، وَهُوَ يَذْكُرُ الْفَحْصَ وَالضَّبْطَ، وَيَطْلُبُ مُوَافَقَتِي قَبْلَ أَيِّ عَمَلٍ إِضَافِيٍّ. لَا يَذْكُرُ رُسُومَ تَنْظِيفٍ.
لِينَا: سَأُرَاجِعُ سِجِلَّ الْخِدْمَةِ الْآنَ. قَدْ تَكُونُ هُنَاكَ مُوَافَقَةٌ سُجِّلَتْ فِي مَكَانٍ آخَرَ.
يُوسُفُ: أَرْجُو أَنْ تُرَاجِعِي كُلَّ بَنْدٍ عَلَى حِدَةٍ؛ فَأَنَا لَا أَعْتَرِضُ عَلَى الْحَامِلِ وَلَا عَلَى الْمَبْلَغِ الْأَصْلِيِّ.
لِينَا: وَجَدْتُ مُوَافَقَتَكَ عَلَى الْحَامِلِ فَقَطْ. لَا يُوجَدُ فِي السِّجِلِّ مَا يُؤَكِّدُ مُوَافَقَتَكَ عَلَى رُسُومِ التَّنْظِيفِ.
يُوسُفُ: إِذَنْ أَطْلُبُ حَذْفَ الْعِشْرِينَ رِيَالًا، لِأَنَّ هَذِهِ الرُّسُومَ لَمْ تُعْرَضْ عَلَيَّ قَبْلَ تَنْفِيذِ الْعَمَلِ.
لِينَا: أَسْتَطِيعُ حَذْفَهَا فِي هَذِهِ الْحَالَةِ. وَسَأُسَجِّلُ أَنَّ سَبَبَ التَّعْدِيلِ هُوَ غِيَابُ الْمُوَافَقَةِ الْمُسْبَقَةِ.
يُوسُفُ: شُكْرًا لَكِ. هَلْ سَيَظَلُّ وَصْفُ التَّنْظِيفِ مَوْجُودًا لِنَعْرِفَ مَا أُنْجِزَ، حَتَّى بَعْدَ حَذْفِ رُسُومِهِ؟
لِينَا: نَعَمْ، سَنُبْقِي وَصْفَ الْعَمَلِ، وَنُوَضِّحُ أَنَّ رُسُومَهُ أُلْغِيَتْ. هَذَا يَحْفَظُ سِجِلًّا دَقِيقًا لِلْخِدْمَةِ.
يُوسُفُ: إِذَنْ الْمَجْمُوعُ بَعْدَ التَّعْدِيلِ مِئَتَانِ وَعِشْرُونَ رِيَالًا. هَلْ يَشْمَلُ هَذَا الْمَبْلَغُ كُلَّ مَا سَأَدْفَعُهُ الْيَوْمَ؟
لِينَا: نَعَمْ، هَذَا هُوَ الْمَجْمُوعُ النِّهَائِيُّ، وَلَا تَبْقَى أَيُّ رُسُومٍ أُخْرَى لِهَذِهِ الزِّيَارَةِ.
يُوسُفُ: وَفِي الزِّيَارَاتِ الْقَادِمَةِ، أُفَضِّلُ أَنْ تَكُونَ مُوَافَقَتِي كِتَابِيَّةً، مَعَ وَصْفِ الْعَمَلِ وَسِعْرِهِ قَبْلَ الْبَدْءِ.
لِينَا: سَأُضِيفُ ذَلِكَ إِلَى مَلَفِّكَ. وَإِذَا لَمْ نَتَمَكَّنْ مِنَ الْوُصُولِ إِلَيْكَ، فَسَنَنْتَظِرُ مُوَافَقَتَكَ.
يُوسُفُ: مُنَاسِبٌ، عَلَى أَنْ تُبْلِغُونِي إِنْ كَانَ الْاِنْتِظَارُ سَيُؤَخِّرُ الْخِدْمَةَ. أُرِيدُ أَنْ أَخْتَارَ وَأَنَا أَفْهَمُ النَّتِيجَةَ.
لِينَا: بِالتَّأْكِيدِ. سَأُرْسِلُ الْفَاتُورَةَ الْمُعَدَّلَةَ إِلَيْكَ الْآنَ لِتَتَحَقَّقَ مِنَ الْبُنُودِ قَبْلَ الدَّفْعِ.
يُوسُفُ: وَصَلَتْ، وَالْبُنُودُ وَاضِحَةٌ. سَأَدْفَعُ الْمَبْلَغَ الْمُتَّفَقَ عَلَيْهِ وَأَحْتَفِظُ بِالنُّسْخَةِ الْمُعَدَّلَةِ مَعَ التَّقْدِيرِ الْأَصْلِيِّ.
لِينَا: شُكْرًا لِتَوْضِيحِ مَوْقِفِكَ. تَمَكَّنَّا مِنْ تَصْحِيحِ الْفَاتُورَةِ بِتَحْدِيدِ الْبَنْدِ الْمُخْتَلَفِ عَلَيْهِ بَدَلًا مِنْ إِلْغَاءِ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ.
