Basim: The booking service launches on Thursday, and the improvement list is still long. Can we postpone some of them?

Salma: That depends on their type. Changing colours differs from fixing a fault that displays the booking time incorrectly.

Basim: I agree, but waiting for perfection may prevent us from launching at all, and clients are waiting.

Salma: I am not asking for perfection, but an agreed minimum. Booking, amending and cancelling must be reliable.

Basim: Then we classify the list: errors preventing proper use, and improvements that can wait for a later release.

Salma: Yes, and we fix the time error first, because users lose trust if they cannot rely on the appointment time.

Basim: I worry comprehensive testing will use up the remaining time. Would checking new bookings be enough?

Salma: No. Successful booking alone does not prove amendments work. We need to test all three operations.

Basim: How about a two-day pilot for twenty users after fixing the fault and passing the tests?

Salma: That is possible, provided they know it is a limited trial and have a clear way to report problems.

Basim: I will explain the version’s limits to clients and avoid promising features we have not tested yet.

Salma: We also assign someone to follow up reports. Collecting feedback without addressing it will not improve quality.

Basim: Shall we agree that any fault in appointment times prevents expanding the trial, even if some users are satisfied?

Salma: Yes. If a fault appears, we stop expanding the trial until we understand its cause and retest after fixing it.

Basim: What if we receive no complaints? Should we consider their absence sufficient evidence of success?

Salma: Not by itself; users may not report an error. We also review operation results and ask about their experience.

Basim: If the trial succeeds, we will expand use gradually instead of opening the service to everyone immediately.

Salma: We will also schedule the deferred improvements, so postponing them temporarily does not mean abandoning them permanently.

Basim: I will prepare a revised launch plan, explaining that starting the pilot on Thursday depends on passing the essential tests.

Salma: I will document the results. If we do not pass, we clearly explain the delay and its reason to clients.

Basim: So we neither postpone everything until it is complete nor overlook fundamental problems simply to meet the date.

Salma: Exactly. We reduce the launch scope when necessary while maintaining a clear standard for what we offer.
