Salim, Hani, and Nabil plan a small neighbourhood cleanup. They agree on an area, divide volunteer tasks, and check supplies before buying anything.

Salim: I saw papers and empty cans at the garden entrance. What do you both think about cleaning this area on Saturday?
Hani: I agree, but the garden is large. Shall we start with just the entrance so we can finish the work in an hour?
Nabil: That is better. Let us choose a small area, then see whether we need another meeting.
Salim: Then we will meet at the entrance at nine in the morning. What supplies do we need?
Hani: We need gloves and bags. I can bring bags from home, and I will buy the gloves.
Nabil: As for water, I will bring it. And I suggest telling the neighbours about the plan so that anyone who can may join us.
Salim: I will write a message in the neighbourhood group and mention the place, time, and duration of the work.
Hani: And ask participants to confirm that they are coming before Friday, so I know how many gloves are needed.
Nabil: How shall we divide the tasks? I do not want everyone standing in one place.
Salim: I will welcome the volunteers and explain the boundaries of the area to them. After that, I will help collect the papers.
Hani: And I will hand out the supplies, then collect the empty cans with a small team.
Nabil: I will work with the team collecting papers and help move the bags to the bins.
Salim: The bins are near the entrance, so we will not need a car to move the bags.
Hani: Shall we buy extra supplies today, or wait until we know the number of volunteers?
Nabil: Let us wait, because some neighbours may bring their own supplies. We need a list before buying.
Salim: I will ask each participant to say what they will bring and send you both the list on Friday.
Hani: Good. Then I will buy what we are missing after checking the list, and I will not buy things we do not need.
Nabil: And at ten we will stop and make sure we have collected our supplies. That time suits me.
Salim: Agreed. I will send the message this evening and make clear that the work covers only the entrance.
Hani: Now the idea has become a clear plan, and each of us knows his responsibility.
