Nour planned to visit her sister in another city. She booked a hotel room for two nights, from Friday to Sunday. Then her manager told her that there was an important meeting at work on Friday. Nour decided to travel on Saturday instead of Friday.

She opened the reservation message on her phone and called the hotel. She said to the employee, “I have a reservation under the name Nour. Can I change my arrival date?” He asked for the reservation number, so she read it to him slowly. Then she explained that she wanted to arrive on Saturday and leave on Monday.

The employee checked the computer and said, “There is a suitable room for you for the new dates.” Nour asked him, “Is the price the same?” He answered, “Yes, the price of your reservation will not change.” Nour agreed to the change and requested a new message containing the details.

The message arrived a few minutes later. Nour read her name, arrival date and departure date, and checked the price. All the details were correct, so she saved the message on her phone. After that, she called her sister and told her about her new plan. Her sister said, “I will wait for you on Saturday afternoon.”
