Samir decided to visit a mountain village with his two friends Rami and Nabil on Saturday. The previous evening, they read the bus timetable together. The outward bus left at eight in the morning, and the last bus back was at four in the afternoon. They put water and some food in their bags.
They arrived in the village at half past nine. Nabil asked the driver, “Do we wait for the return bus here?” He answered, “Yes, at the same stop.” The friends walked along narrow streets between old houses. Then they sat in a small square, drank tea and looked at the nearby mountains.
After lunch, Rami wanted to visit a distant bridge. Samir looked at the village map and said, “The way there is long, and we do not want to miss the bus.” They chose a nearby garden instead of the bridge. They strolled there and took photos of the trees and the houses around it.
At half past three, they left the garden and walked to the bus stop. They arrived fifteen minutes before four, so they had time to rest. When the bus came, they boarded and sat together. Nabil said, “We visited beautiful places and reached the stop at the right time.” They agreed to visit the bridge on another trip.
