01Read the Arabic conversation
الْحَدِيثُ عَنِ الْعُطْلَةِ الْأَخِيرَةِ
رَامِي: أَهْلًا يَا يُوسُفُ. أَيْنَ قَضَيْتَ عُطْلَتَكَ الْقَصِيرَةَ؟
يُوسُفُ: قَضَيْتُهَا فِي مَدِينَةٍ عَلَى الْبَحْرِ مَعَ زَوْجَتِي.
رَامِي: كَمْ يَوْمًا بَقِيتُمَا هُنَاكَ؟
يُوسُفُ: بَقِينَا ثَلَاثَةَ أَيَّامٍ، وَعُدْنَا أَمْسِ مَسَاءً.
رَامِي: هَلْ أَقَمْتُمَا فِي فُنْدُقٍ قَرِيبٍ مِنَ الشَّاطِئِ؟
يُوسُفُ: نَعَمْ، كَانَ فُنْدُقًا صَغِيرًا، وَكَانَتْ غُرْفَتُنَا تُطِلُّ عَلَى الْبَحْرِ.
رَامِي: كَيْفَ كَانَ الطَّقْسُ؟
يُوسُفُ: كَانَ مُشْمِسًا فِي الْيَوْمَيْنِ الْأَوَّلَيْنِ، ثُمَّ أَمْطَرَ فِي الْيَوْمِ الْأَخِيرِ.
رَامِي: مَاذَا فَعَلْتُمَا عِنْدَمَا أَمْطَرَ؟
يُوسُفُ: زُرْنَا مَتْحَفًا صَغِيرًا، ثُمَّ تَنَاوَلْنَا الْغَدَاءَ فِي مَطْعَمٍ قَرِيبٍ.
رَامِي: وَمَا النَّشَاطُ الَّذِي أَعْجَبَكَ أَكْثَرَ شَيْءٍ؟
يُوسُفُ: أَحْبَبْتُ الْمَشْيَ عَلَى الشَّاطِئِ فِي الصَّبَاحِ، لِأَنَّ الْمَكَانَ كَانَ هَادِئًا.
رَامِي: هَلْ كَانَ الطَّعَامُ جَيِّدًا أَيْضًا؟
يُوسُفُ: نَعَمْ، جَرَّبْنَا طَبَقَ سَمَكٍ مَعَ الْأَرُزِّ، وَأَعْجَبَنَا كَثِيرًا.
رَامِي: هَلْ تُرِيدُ الْعَوْدَةَ إِلَى الْمَدِينَةِ؟
يُوسُفُ: نَعَمْ، لَكِنَّنِي أُرِيدُ أَنْ أَبْقَى مُدَّةً أَطْوَلَ فِي الْمَرَّةِ الْقَادِمَةِ.

Rami: Hello, Yusuf. Where did you spend your short holiday?
Yusuf: I spent it in a coastal city with my wife.
Rami: How many days did you both stay there?
Yusuf: We stayed for three days and returned yesterday evening.
Rami: Did you stay in a hotel near the beach?
Yusuf: Yes. It was a small hotel, and our room overlooked the sea.
Rami: What was the weather like?
Yusuf: It was sunny on the first two days, then it rained on the last day.
Rami: What did you do when it rained?
Yusuf: We visited a small museum, then had lunch at a nearby restaurant.
Rami: And which activity did you like best?
Yusuf: I loved walking on the beach in the morning because the place was quiet.
Rami: Was the food good too?
Yusuf: Yes. We tried a fish dish with rice, and we liked it very much.
Rami: Do you want to return to the city?
Yusuf: Yes, but I want to stay longer next time.
