تَسْلِيمُ الْمَلَابِسِ إِلَى الْمَغْسَلَةِ
يُوسُفُ: صَبَاحُ الْخَيْرِ. مَعِي مِعْطَفٌ وَقَمِيصَانِ، وَأُرِيدُ تَنْظِيفَهَا وَكَيَّهَا.
الْمُوَظَّفُ: صَبَاحُ النُّورِ. مَتَى تَحْتَاجُ إِلَى الْمَلَابِسِ؟
يُوسُفُ: الْيَوْمُ الْأَرْبِعَاءُ، وَسَأُسَافِرُ صَبَاحَ الْجُمُعَةِ. هَلْ يُمْكِنُ أَنْ أَسْتَلِمَهَا غَدًا؟
الْمُوَظَّفُ: نَعَمْ، سَتَكُونُ جَاهِزَةً غَدًا، يَوْمَ الْخَمِيسِ، فِي السَّاعَةِ الرَّابِعَةِ مَسَاءً.
يُوسُفُ: هَذَا الْوَقْتُ مُنَاسِبٌ. كَمْ سِعْرُ التَّنْظِيفِ وَالْكَيِّ؟
الْمُوَظَّفُ: الْمِعْطَفُ بِعِشْرِينَ دِرْهَمًا، وَكُلُّ قَمِيصٍ بِخَمْسَةِ دَرَاهِمَ.
يُوسُفُ: إِذَنْ مَجْمُوعُ الْقِطَعِ الثَّلَاثِ ثَلَاثُونَ دِرْهَمًا، صَحِيحٌ؟
الْمُوَظَّفُ: نَعَمْ، ثَلَاثُونَ دِرْهَمًا، وَالدَّفْعُ عِنْدَ الِاسْتِلَامِ.
يُوسُفُ: تُوجَدُ بُقْعَةُ قَهْوَةٍ عَلَى مُقَدِّمَةِ الْمِعْطَفِ. أَرْجُو أَنْ تَفْحَصَهَا.
الْمُوَظَّفُ: سَأَفْحَصُهَا، وَسَنُنَظِّفُ الْمِعْطَفَ حَسَبَ التَّعْلِيمَاتِ عَلَى بِطَاقَتِهِ.
يُوسُفُ: هَلْ سَتَضَعُ الْقَمِيصَيْنِ وَالْمِعْطَفَ فِي كِيسٍ وَاحِدٍ؟
الْمُوَظَّفُ: سَنَضَعُ الْقَمِيصَيْنِ مَعًا، وَالْمِعْطَفَ فِي كِيسٍ آخَرَ.
يُوسُفُ: حَسَنًا. هَلْ أَحْتَاجُ إِلَى إِيصَالٍ عِنْدَ اِسْتِلَامِهَا؟
الْمُوَظَّفُ: نَعَمْ، اِحْتَفِظْ بِهَذَا الْإِيصَالِ، وَأَحْضِرْهُ مَعَكَ غَدًا.
يُوسُفُ: سَأُحْضِرُهُ. سَأَعُودُ غَدًا فِي الرَّابِعَةِ لِآخُذَ الْمَلَابِسَ قَبْلَ السَّفَرِ.
الْمُوَظَّفُ: حَسَنًا، سَنَنْتَظِرُكَ. شُكْرًا لَكَ.

Yusuf: Good morning. I have a coat and two shirts, and I would like them cleaned and ironed.
Staff member: Good morning. When do you need the clothes?
Yusuf: Today is Wednesday, and I will travel on Friday morning. Can I collect them tomorrow?
Staff member: Yes, they will be ready tomorrow, Thursday, at four in the afternoon.
Yusuf: That time is suitable. How much are the cleaning and ironing?
Staff member: The coat is twenty dirhams, and each shirt is five dirhams.
Yusuf: So the total for the three items is thirty dirhams, correct?
Staff member: Yes, thirty dirhams, and payment is on collection.
Yusuf: There is a coffee stain on the front of the coat. Please check it.
Staff member: I will check it, and we will clean the coat according to the instructions on its label.
Yusuf: Will you put the two shirts and the coat in one bag?
