Samir: Good morning. I want to send this parcel to my sister in France.
Clerk: Good morning. What is inside the parcel?
Samir: There are three books in it, and they are a gift for my sister.
Clerk: All right. I will weigh it first, then explain two sending options to you.
Samir: How much does regular delivery cost for this parcel?
Clerk: Thirty dinars, and the expected delivery time is seven days.
Samir: And how much does express delivery cost?
Clerk: Fifty dinars, and the expected delivery time is three days.
Samir: So regular delivery is twenty dinars cheaper than express delivery.
Clerk: Correct. Does your sister need the books quickly?
Samir: No, so I will choose regular delivery. Is this address enough?
Clerk: The address is clear, but add her phone number here, please.
Samir: I have written the number. How can I find out where the parcel is after it is sent?
Clerk: You will find the tracking number on the receipt, and you can use it on our website.
Samir: Thank you. I will keep the receipt until the parcel arrives.
Clerk: Here is your receipt, and this is the tracking number.
