Nour: Hello. My order from your shop arrived today, but the rice is missing.
Staff member: I am sorry about that. What is the order number, please?
Nour: The order number is forty-two, and it arrived at eleven in the morning.
Staff member: I have found your order. Is the missing quantity two kilograms of rice?
Nour: Yes, one bag weighing two kilograms. The milk and bread have arrived.
Staff member: Have you checked both bags in the order? Sometimes we put the rice in a separate bag.
Nour: Yes, I checked them both, and I did not find the rice in either of them.
Staff member: One moment, please. Yes, the bag of rice is here in the shop; we did not put it with your order.
Nour: Can you send it today? I need it to prepare dinner.
Staff member: Yes, we will send it before two in the afternoon, with no extra charge.
Nour: That is suitable, as I am at home until three.
Staff member: To confirm, is your address building eight, apartment four?
Nour: Yes, that is correct. And my phone number is the number written in the order.
Staff member: All right, the driver will call you before arriving.
