نَادِرٌ: صَبَاحُ الْخَيْرِ. أَتَّصِلُ لِأُؤَكِّدَ مَوْعِدَ إِصْلَاحِ خِزَانَةِ الْمَطْبَخِ.
الْفَنِّيُّ: صَبَاحُ النُّورِ. هَلْ أَنْتَ نَادِرٌ؟
نَادِرٌ: نَعَمْ، وَالْمَوْعِدُ غَدًا بَيْنَ التَّاسِعَةِ وَالْعَاشِرَةِ صَبَاحًا، أَلَيْسَ كَذَلِكَ؟
الْفَنِّيُّ: نَعَمْ. هَلْ يُنَاسِبُكَ هَذَا الْوَقْتُ؟
نَادِرٌ: عِنْدِي مَوْعِدٌ خَارِجَ الْبَيْتِ، وَلَنْ أَعُودَ قَبْلَ الْعَاشِرَةِ.
الْفَنِّيُّ: يُمْكِنُنِي أَنْ آتِيَ فِي الْعَاشِرَةِ وَالنِّصْفِ.
نَادِرٌ: هَذَا أَفْضَلُ، شُكْرًا. سَأَكُونُ فِي الْبَيْتِ.
الْفَنِّيُّ: مَا الْمُشْكِلَةُ فِي بَابِ الْخِزَانَةِ؟
نَادِرٌ: الْبَابُ لَا يُغْلَقُ جَيِّدًا، وَإِحْدَى الْمِفْصَلَتَيْنِ مَكْسُورَةٌ.
الْفَنِّيُّ: هَلْ يُمْكِنُكَ أَنْ تُرْسِلَ لِي صُورَةً لِلْمِفْصَلَةِ؟
نَادِرٌ: نَعَمْ، سَأُرْسِلُهَا الْآنَ. هَلْ تَحْتَاجُ إِلَى شَيْءٍ آخَرَ؟
الْفَنِّيُّ: أَحْتَاجُ إِلَى رَقْمِ الشَّقَّةِ، وَسَأُحْضِرُ الْأَدَوَاتِ مَعِي.
نَادِرٌ: الشَّقَّةُ رَقْمُ خَمْسَةٍ فِي الطَّابِقِ الثَّانِي.
الْفَنِّيُّ: حَسَنًا، سَأَتَّصِلُ بِكَ قَبْلَ أَنْ أَصِلَ بِعَشْرِ دَقَائِقَ.
نَادِرٌ: إِذَنْ الْمَوْعِدُ غَدًا فِي الْعَاشِرَةِ وَالنِّصْفِ صَبَاحًا.
الْفَنِّيُّ: نَعَمْ، تَمَّ تَأْكِيدُ الْمَوْعِدِ. إِلَى اللِّقَاءِ.

Technician: Good morning. Are you Nadir?
Nadir: Yes, and the appointment is tomorrow between nine and ten in the morning, isn’t it?
Technician: Yes. Does that time suit you?
Nadir: I have an appointment away from home, and I will not return before ten.
Technician: I can come at half past ten.
Nadir: That is better, thank you. I will be at home.
Technician: What is the problem with the cupboard door?
Nadir: The door does not close properly, and one of the two hinges is broken.
Technician: Can you send me a picture of the hinge?
Nadir: Yes, I will send it now. Do you need anything else?
Technician: I need the apartment number, and I will bring the tools with me.
Nadir: It is apartment number five on the second floor.
Technician: All right, I will call you ten minutes before I arrive.
