Omar: The course ends on Thursday. Shall we buy a gift for our teacher?
Samir: A lovely idea. How much money do we have?
Omar: Forty riyals. There are four of us students, and each person is contributing ten riyals.
Samir: We could buy a book, a notebook, or a pen.
Omar: The book costs thirty, the notebook twenty, and the pen fifteen riyals.
Samir: The notebook is cheaper than the book, but our teacher likes reading.
Omar: True. And what do you think about the pen?
Samir: It is useful, but he has a new pen, and he uses it in every lesson.
Omar: Then let us choose the book. It is about our city’s history.
Samir: And let us add a card for five riyals.
Omar: The total will be thirty-five riyals, leaving five for wrapping.
Samir: Good. I will buy the book and card tomorrow. What will you write?
Omar: I will write some words of thanks and all our names.
Samir: And we will present the gift after the final lesson on Thursday.
Omar: Agreed. Shall we meet tomorrow in front of the bookshop at four?
Samir: Yes, and I will bring the money with me.
