Hasan: What do you think about a trip tomorrow? We could go to the beach or the mountains.
Tariq: Good idea. Which of the two places is closer to the hotel?
Hasan: The beach is closer than the mountains; it is only twenty kilometres away.
Tariq: And how far away are the mountains?
Hasan: About eighty kilometres, and getting there takes two hours by car.
Tariq: We do not have a car. Is there a bus to the beach?
Hasan: Yes, a direct bus from in front of the hotel, and the journey is half an hour.
Tariq: And what about the weather tomorrow? I do not want to carry many clothes.
Hasan: According to the forecast, it will be warm at the beach and cold in the mountains.
Tariq: Then I prefer the beach because it is easier to reach and the weather is warmer.
Hasan: So do I. Shall we take the nine o’clock bus in the morning?
Tariq: Yes, and return on the five o’clock bus in the evening.
Hasan: What shall we take with us? I will bring water and some fruit.
Tariq: I will take bread and cheese so we can have lunch there.
Hasan: Good. Let us meet at the hotel entrance at half past eight.
Tariq: Agreed. I will check the bus times today.
