01Read the Arabic story
صَبَاحٌ فِي الْحَدِيقَةِ
هَذَا صَبَاحٌ جَمِيلٌ. الشَّمْسُ مُشْرِقَةٌ، وَالسَّمَاءُ زَرْقَاءُ. أَذْهَبُ إِلَى الْحَدِيقَةِ مَعَ أَبِي وَأُخْتِي. نَحْمِلُ كُرَةً وَزُجَاجَةَ مَاءٍ. فِي الْحَدِيقَةِ أَشْجَارٌ كَبِيرَةٌ وَزُهُورٌ صَفْرَاءُ.
يَجْلِسُ أَبِي عَلَى مَقْعَدٍ، وَأَلْعَبُ مَعَ أُخْتِي. تَرْمِي أُخْتِي الْكُرَةَ إِلَيَّ. تَقَعُ الْكُرَةُ تَحْتَ مَقْعَدِ أَبِي. أَقُولُ: «أَيْنَ الْكُرَةُ؟» يَنْظُرُ أَبِي تَحْتَ الْمَقْعَدِ وَيَضْحَكُ.
يَأْخُذُ أَبِي الْكُرَةَ وَيُعْطِينِي إِيَّاهَا. نَلْعَبُ مَرَّةً أُخْرَى، ثُمَّ نَجْلِسُ مَعَهُ. نَشْرَبُ الْمَاءَ وَنَنْظُرُ إِلَى الزُّهُورِ. تَقُولُ أُخْتِي: «أُحِبُّ هَذِهِ الْحَدِيقَةَ!»

It is a lovely morning. The sun is shining, and the sky is blue. I go to the park with my father and my sister. We carry a ball and a bottle of water. There are large trees and yellow flowers in the park.
My father sits on a bench, and I play with my sister. My sister throws the ball to me. The ball falls under my father’s bench. I say, “Where is the ball?” My father looks under the bench and laughs.
My father picks up the ball and gives it to me. We play again, then sit with him. We drink water and look at the flowers. My sister says, “I love this park!”
