فَادِي: نَجْتَمِعُ لِنَفْهَمَ لِمَاذَا أَخْفَقَ إِطْلَاقُ تَطْبِيقِ تَنْظِيمِ الْمَهَامِّ. أُرِيدُ تَحْدِيدَ الْقَرَارَاتِ الَّتِي يُمْكِنُ تَغْيِيرُهَا، لَا الْبَحْثَ عَنْ شَخْصٍ نُحَمِّلُهُ كُلَّ الْمَسْؤُولِيَّةِ.

نَادِرٌ: كَشَفَتِ السِّجِلَّاتُ أَنَّ الْخَادِمَ تَبَاطَأَ تَحْتَ ضَغْطِ الطَّلَبَاتِ الْمُتَزَامِنَةِ. اخْتَبَرْنَا الْوَظَائِفَ مُنْفَرِدَةً، وَلَكِنَّنَا لَمْ نَخْتَبِرْهَا بِالْحَجْمِ الَّذِي وَلَّدَتْهُ الْحَمْلَةُ يَوْمَ الْإِطْلَاقِ.
فَادِي: إِذَنْ لَدَيْنَا مَشْكِلَتَانِ قَدْ تَتَدَاخَلَانِ: قُدْرَةُ التَّطْبِيقِ عَلَى التَّشْغِيلِ، وَالتَّوَقُّعَاتُ الَّتِي صَنَعْنَاهَا. هَلْ تُفَسِّرُ إِحْدَاهُمَا الْأُخْرَى، أَمْ يَجِبُ فَحْصُهُمَا بِشَكْلٍ مُسْتَقِلٍّ؟
هَالَةُ: الْإِعْلَانُ قَالَ إِنَّ الْمُسْتَخْدِمَ يَسْتَطِيعُ مُتَابَعَةَ مَهَامِّهِ فِي أَيِّ مَكَانٍ. قَصَدْنَا سُهُولَةَ الْوُصُولِ، لَكِنَّ بَعْضَ النَّاسِ فَهِمَ الْعِبَارَةَ وَعْدًا بِالْعَمَلِ دُونَ اتِّصَالٍ.
نَادِرٌ: حَتَّى لَوْ لَمْ يَتَبَاطَأِ الْخَادِمُ، لَبَقِيَ هَذَا التَّوَقُّعُ دُونَ تَحْقِيقٍ. أَرَى أَنْ نَفْصِلَ الشَّكَاوَى الْمُتَعَلِّقَةَ بِالْأَدَاءِ عَنِ الشَّكَاوَى الْمُتَعَلِّقَةِ بِمَعْنَى الْوَعْدِ الْإِعْلَانِيِّ.
فَادِي: أُوَافِقُ عَلَى هَذَا التَّمْيِيزِ، لَكِنْ أُرِيدُ فَهْمَ مَا عَرَفْنَاهُ قَبْلَ الْإِطْلَاقِ. كَانَ فِي تَقْرِيرِكَ يَا نَادِرُ تَحْذِيرٌ مِنْ بَعْضِ الْمَخَاطِرِ التِّقْنِيَّةِ.
نَادِرٌ: نَعَمْ، وَكَتَبْتُ أَنَّ اخْتِبَارَ الضَّغْطِ لَمْ يَكْتَمِلْ. غَيْرَ أَنَّنِي لَمْ أُحَدِّدْ أَثَرَ ذَلِكَ عَلَى الْقَرَارِ، وَلَمْ أَطْلُبْ صَرَاحَةً تَأْجِيلَ الْإِطْلَاقِ الْعَامِّ.
هَالَةُ: وَصَلَتْنِي خُلَاصَةٌ تَقُولُ إِنَّ الْوَظَائِفَ الْأَسَاسِيَّةَ تَعْمَلُ. اِعْتَبَرْتُهَا مُوَافَقَةً عَلَى الْإِطْلَاقِ، مَعَ أَنَّ نَجَاحَ الْوَظِيفَةِ فِي اخْتِبَارٍ مَحْدُودٍ لَا يَضْمَنُ اسْتِقْرَارَهَا لِلْجَمِيعِ.
فَادِي: وَأَنَا أَبْقَيْتُ الْمَوْعِدَ لِأَنَّ الْحَمْلَةَ كَانَتْ قَدْ حُجِزَتْ. كُنْتُ أَخْشَى كُلْفَةَ التَّأْجِيلِ، فَأَعْطَيْتُ الْكُلْفَةَ الْمُؤَكَّدَةَ وَزْنًا أَكْبَرَ مِنْ خَطَرٍ لَمْ نَقِسْهُ.
نَادِرٌ: هَذَا يُفَسِّرُ الْقَرَارَ وَلَا يَجْعَلُهُ حَتْمِيًّا. كَانَ يُمْكِنُنَا فَتْحُ التَّسْجِيلِ تَدْرِيجِيًّا، لَوْ أَنَّنَا نَاقَشْنَا بَدِيلًا بَيْنَ الْإِطْلَاقِ الْكَامِلِ وَالتَّأْجِيلِ الْكَامِلِ فِي ذَلِكَ الْوَقْتِ.
هَالَةُ: صَحِيحٌ، وَكَانَ يُمْكِنُنِي تَعْدِيلُ الرِّسَالَةِ إِلَى دَعْوَةٍ لِتَجْرِبَةٍ مَحْدُودَةٍ. لَكِنَّنِي أَحْتَاجُ إِلَى مَعْلُومَاتٍ وَاضِحَةٍ عَنْ الْحُدُودِ، لَا إِلَى تَفَاصِيلَ تِقْنِيَّةٍ لَا أُحْسِنُ تَقْيِيمَهَا.
فَادِي: لِنَتَّفِقْ عَلَى وَرَقَةٍ مُشْتَرَكَةٍ تُبَيِّنُ مَا اخْتُبِرَ وَمَا لَمْ يُخْتَبَرْ، وَمَنْ يَمْلِكُ قَرَارَ التَّوَسُّعِ. يَجِبُ أَنْ تَكُونَ الْمَوَافَقَةُ مُحَدَّدَةً، لَا مُسْتَنْتَجَةً مِنَ الصَّمْتِ.
نَادِرٌ: أَتَحَمَّلُ مَسْؤُولِيَّةَ تَوْثِيقِ اخْتِبَارِ الضَّغْطِ وَشَرْحِ نَتَائِجِهِ. وَأَقْتَرِحُ مَنْعَ التَّوَسُّعِ إِذَا ظَهَرَ فَقْدٌ لِلْبَيَانَاتِ، حَتَّى إِنْ بَدَتْ مُعَدَّلَاتُ السُّرْعَةِ الْعَامَّةُ مَقْبُولَةً لَنَا.
هَالَةُ: وَأَنَا سَأُرَاجِعُ كُلَّ وَعْدٍ إِعْلَانِيٍّ مَعَكَ قَبْلَ النَّشْرِ. لَنْ نَسْتَخْدِمَ عِبَارَةَ الْعَمَلِ فِي أَيِّ مَكَانٍ دُونَ تَوْضِيحِ الْحَاجَةِ إِلَى اتِّصَالٍ بِالشَّبَكَةِ عِنْدَ الْحِفْظِ.
فَادِي: بَقِيَ سُؤَالُ الْمُسْتَخْدِمِينَ الْحَالِيِّينَ. لَا أُرِيدُ حَمْلَةً جَدِيدَةً تُغَطِّي عَلَى تَجْرِبَتِهِمْ. مَا الَّذِي نَسْتَطِيعُ إِبْلَاغَهُ لَهُمْ الْآنَ بِصِدْقٍ، دُونَ وَعْدٍ آخَرَ يَصْعُبُ تَنْفِيذُهُ؟
هَالَةُ: نَعْتَرِفُ بِالْمُشْكِلَتَيْنِ، وَنُوَضِّحُ مَا أَصْلَحْنَاهُ وَمَا زَالَ قَيْدَ الْفَحْصِ. أُفَضِّلُ تَحْدِيدَ مَوْعِدٍ لِلتَّحْدِيثِ الْقَادِمِ عَنْ حَالَةِ الْعَمَلِ، بَدَلًا مِنْ تَأْكِيدِ مَوْعِدِ حَلٍّ نِهَائِيٍّ.
نَادِرٌ: يُمْكِنُنِي تَأْكِيدُ إِصْلَاحِ سَبَبِ التَّبَاطُؤِ الَّذِي حَدَّدْنَاهُ، وَلَكِنْ لَا يُمْكِنُنِي ضَمَانُ غِيَابِ كُلِّ خَلَلٍ. وَسَنَفْحَصُ بَلَاغَاتِ الْحِفْظِ كُلًّا عَلَى حِدَةٍ لِنَعْرِفَ مَا حَدَثَ فِعْلًا لِلْبَيَانَاتِ.
فَادِي: مَتَى نُعِيدُ فَتْحَ التَّسْجِيلِ إِذَنْ؟ أَقْتَرِحُ يَوْمَ الْأَحَدِ الْقَادِمَ كَهَدَفٍ لِلتَّخْطِيطِ، بِشَرْطِ أَنْ يَبْقَى مُرْتَبِطًا بِالنَّتَائِجِ، لَا أَنْ يَتَحَوَّلَ إِلَى الْتِزَامٍ إِعْلَانِيٍّ جَدِيدٍ.
نَادِرٌ: إِذَا اجْتَازَ التَّطْبِيقُ اخْتِبَارَ الضَّغْطِ نَفْتَحُ تَجْرِبَةً لِمِئَةِ مُسْتَخْدِمٍ. نُرَاقِبُهَا سَبْعَةَ أَيَّامٍ، وَنَضَعُ مَعَايِيرَ السُّرْعَةِ وَنَجَاحِ الْحِفْظِ قَبْلَ أَنْ نَرَى نَتَائِجَ التَّجْرِبَةِ.
هَالَةُ: أَقْبَلُ الْحَدَّ الْأَوَّلِيَّ، وَلَكِنَّنِي أَخْشَى أَنْ يَكُونَ الْمُتَطَوِّعُونَ أَكْثَرَ صَبْرًا مِنَ الْجُمْهُورِ. لِنَدْعُ أَشْخَاصًا بِأَجْهِزَةٍ مُخْتَلِفَةٍ وَخِبْرَاتٍ مُتَفَاوِتَةٍ، لَا أَصْدِقَاءَ الْفَرِيقِ وَحْدَهُمْ.
نَادِرٌ: هَذَا اعْتِرَاضٌ وَجِيهٌ. وَسَنَطْلُبُ مِنْهُمْ وَصْفَ مَا يَتَوَقَّعُونَهُ قَبْلَ الِاسْتِخْدَامِ، لِنَتَحَقَّقَ مِنْ أَنَّ الرِّسَالَةَ الْجَدِيدَةَ تُفْهَمُ كَمَا نَقْصِدُ، لَا أَنَّهَا تَبْدُو دَقِيقَةً لَنَا فَقَطْ.

نَادِرٌ: وَإِذَا انْخَفَضَ عَدَدُ الْبَلَاغَاتِ فَسَنَنْظُرُ إِلَى عَدَدِ الْمُسْتَخْدِمِينَ النَّشِطِينَ أَيْضًا. فَقِلَّةُ الشَّكَاوَى مَعَ قِلَّةِ الِاسْتِخْدَامِ لَا تُثْبِتُ أَنَّ الْمُشْكِلَةَ حُلَّتْ بِالْكَامِلِ لِكُلِّ الْمُسْتَخْدِمِينَ.

Fadi: We are meeting to understand why the task-management app launch failed. I want to identify decisions we can change, rather than find one person to bear all the responsibility.
Hala: The campaign attracted many users, but complaints increased within two hours. Some could not save their lists, while others expected a feature that was not available.
Nadir: The logs showed that the server slowed under simultaneous requests. We tested the functions individually, but not at the volume the campaign produced on launch day.
Fadi: Then we have two potentially overlapping problems: the app’s operating capacity and the expectations we created. Does one explain the other, or should we examine them independently?
Hala: The advertisement said users could keep track of tasks anywhere. We meant easy access, but some people understood it as a promise that the app would work offline.
Nadir: Even if the server had not slowed down, that expectation would still have gone unmet. I suggest separating performance complaints from complaints about what the advertisement promised.
Fadi: I agree with that distinction, but I want to understand what we knew before launch. Your report, Nadir, contained a warning about some technical risks.
Nadir: Yes, I wrote that load testing was incomplete. However, I did not specify what that meant for the decision, and I did not explicitly request postponement of the public launch.
Hala: I received a summary saying that the basic functions worked. I took it as approval to launch, although a function passing a limited test does not guarantee stability for everyone.
Fadi: I kept the date because the campaign had already been booked. I feared the cost of postponement, so I gave that certain cost more weight than a risk we had not measured.
Nadir: That explains the decision without making it inevitable. We could have opened registration gradually if we had discussed an alternative between a full launch and a complete postponement at that time.
Hala: True, and I could have changed the message to an invitation to a limited trial. But I need clear information about limitations, rather than technical details I cannot assess well.
Fadi: Let us agree on a shared document showing what has and has not been tested, and who can authorise expansion. Approval must be explicit, rather than inferred from silence.
Nadir: I will take responsibility for documenting the load test and explaining its results. I propose blocking expansion if any data loss appears, even if overall speed figures seem acceptable to us.
Hala: I will review every advertising promise with you before publication. We will not use the phrase about working anywhere without explaining that saving requires a network connection.
Fadi: There is still the question of existing users. I do not want a new campaign to cover up their experience. What can we honestly tell them now, without another promise that is hard to fulfil?
Hala: We acknowledge both problems and explain what we have fixed and what remains under investigation. I prefer setting a date for the next progress update rather than confirming a final resolution date.
Nadir: I can confirm that we fixed the cause of the slowdown we identified, not guarantee the absence of every fault. We will investigate each saving report separately to establish what actually happened to the data.
Fadi: When do we reopen registration, then? I suggest next Sunday as a planning target, provided it remains conditional on results rather than becoming another advertising commitment.
Nadir: If the app passes the load test, we open a trial for one hundred users. We monitor it for seven days and establish speed and successful-saving criteria before seeing the trial results.
Hala: I accept the initial limit, but I worry that volunteers may be more patient than the public. Let us invite people with different devices and experience levels, rather than only the team’s friends.
Nadir: That is a valid objection. We will ask them to describe their expectations before use, to check that the revised message is understood as intended, rather than merely sounding accurate to us.
Fadi: Then we will not judge success by download numbers alone. We will review task completion, continued use and the gap between expectations and experience, while investigating any data-loss report.
Hala: I agree, provided we do not change the criteria after the results to make the trial look successful. I also want to record why users stop using it, because silence does not necessarily mean satisfaction.
Nadir: If reports decrease, we will also consider the number of active users. Fewer complaints alongside less use do not prove that the problem has been completely solved for everyone.
Fadi: I will make the expansion decision after reviewing both your reports, recording any unresolved objection. The date of the next campaign alone will not justify bypassing a condition agreed today.
Hala: I remain concerned about user trust, which one message will not restore. But a plan that can be checked gives us a more honest basis for communication than a slogan announcing that everything has changed.
Nadir: I am not promising a risk-free launch, but to make the risks visible before the decision. Our agreement changes how we work instead of merely allocating blame after failure.
