هَانِي: اِنْتَهَتِ الْأَسَابِيعُ الْأَرْبَعَةُ الْأُولَى مِنْ تَجْرِبَةِ الْمَسَارِ الْجَدِيدِ. وَفْقًا لِسِجِلَّاتِ الْحَافِلَاتِ، انْخَفَضَ مُتَوَسِّطُ زَمَنِ الرِّحْلَةِ بَيْنَ الْمَحَطَّتَيْنِ مِنْ عِشْرِينَ دَقِيقَةً إِلَى خَمْسَ عَشْرَةَ دَقِيقَةً.
سَلْمَى: هَذَا يَتَّفِقُ مَعَ تَجْرِبَتِي دَاخِلَ الْحَافِلَةِ، لَكِنَّ الْمَحَطَّةَ صَارَتْ أَبْعَدَ عَنْ بَيْتِي. أَكْسِبُ خَمْسَ دَقَائِقَ فِي الرُّكُوبِ وَأَقْضِي سَبْعَ دَقَائِقَ إِضَافِيَّةً فِي الْمَشْيِ إِلَيْهَا.
عَادِلٌ: وَأَنَا أَرَى حَافِلَاتٍ أَكْثَرَ انْتِظَامًا أَمَامَ مَتْجَرِي، وَهَذَا مُفِيدٌ. غَيْرَ أَنَّ مَكَانَ تَوْصِيلِ الْبَضَائِعِ اخْتَفَى مَعَ تَغْيِيرِ الْمَسَارِ، فَصَارَ الْمُوَرِّدُ يَحْمِلُ الصَّنَادِيقَ مِنَ الشَّارِعِ الْخَلْفِيِّ.
هَانِي: يَبْدُو أَنَّنِي بَدَأْتُ بِمُؤَشِّرٍ أَضْيَقَ مِنَ السُّؤَالِ الْمَطْرُوحِ. نَقِيسُ حَرَكَةَ الْحَافِلَةِ جَيِّدًا، لَكِنَّنَا لَمْ نَقِسْ وَقْتَ الْوُصُولِ إِلَيْهَا وَلَا أَثَرَ التَّغْيِيرِ فِي عَمَلِ الْمَتَاجِرِ.
سَلْمَى: وَلَا أَطْلُبُ اعْتِبَارَ حَالَتِي مُمَثِّلَةً لِلْجَمِيعِ؛ فَزَمِيلَتِي تَسْكُنُ قُرْبَ الْمَحَطَّةِ الْجَدِيدَةِ وَتَصِلُ إِلَى عَمَلِهَا أَبْكَرَ. أُرِيدُ مَعْرِفَةَ مَنْ اسْتَفَادَ وَمَنْ تَحَمَّلَ وَقْتًا أَطْوَلَ.
عَادِلٌ: لَدَيَّ مُشْكِلَةٌ مُمَاثِلَةٌ مَعَ الْمَبِيعَاتِ. اِنْخَفَضَتْ خِلَالَ التَّجْرِبَةِ، وَكُنْتُ أَعْتَزِمُ اتِّخَاذَ ذَلِكَ دَلِيلًا ضِدَّهَا، لَكِنَّ السُّوقَ الْأُسْبُوعِيَّةَ الْقَرِيبَةَ أُغْلِقَتْ لِلصِّيَانَةِ فِي الْفَتْرَةِ نَفْسِهَا.
هَانِي: إِذَنْ لَا نَسْتَطِيعُ عَزْلَ أَثَرِ الْمَسَارِ مِنْ هَذِهِ الْأَرْقَامِ وَحْدَهَا. هَلْ يَجْعَلُكَ هَذَا أَقَلَّ تَحَفُّظًا عَلَى التَّجْرِبَةِ، أَمْ أَنَّ مُشْكِلَةَ التَّوْصِيلِ كَافِيَةٌ لِطَلَبِ إِنْهَائِهَا الْآنَ؟
سَلْمَى: قَبْلَ الْحُكْمِ، أُرِيدُ مَعْرِفَةَ أَيَّامِ الْقِيَاسِ. رَأَيْتُ الْبَاحِثِينَ فِي صَبَاحَيْنِ، بَيْنَمَا أَسْتَخْدِمُ الْحَافِلَةَ عِنْدَ عَوْدَتِي مِنَ النَّوْبَةِ الْمَسَائِيَّةِ أَيْضًا، وَأَنْتَظِرُهَا حِينَئِذٍ أَطْوَلَ مِمَّا كُنْتُ أَنْتَظِرُهَا سَابِقًا.
عَادِلٌ: لَا أُطَالِبُ بِإِنْهَائِهَا فَوْرًا. مَا أَسْتَطِيعُ تَوْثِيقَهُ هُوَ أَنَّ مُدَّةَ تَفْرِيغِ الْبَضَائِعِ طَالَتْ؛ أَمَّا خَسَارَةُ الْمَبِيعَاتِ فَلَا أُرِيدُ أَنْ أَنْسُبَهَا إِلَى سَبَبٍ وَاحِدٍ قَبْلَ التَّحَقُّقِ.
هَانِي: سِجِلَّاتُ زَمَنِ الْحَافِلَةِ تَشْمَلُ أَيَّامَ التَّشْغِيلِ كُلَّهَا، لَكِنَّ مُقَابَلَاتِ الرُّكَّابِ أُجْرِيَتْ صَبَاحًا فَقَطْ. يَنْبَغِي أَنْ نُفَرِّقَ بَيْنَ هَذَيْنِ الْمَصْدَرَيْنِ بَدَلًا مِنْ وَصْفِ كُلِّ الْبَيَانَاتِ بِأَنَّهَا شَامِلَةٌ.
سَلْمَى: وَحَتَّى مُقَابَلَاتُ الرُّكَّابِ الْمَسَائِيَّةُ لَنْ تُظْهِرَ مَنْ تَوَقَّفُوا عَنِ اسْتِخْدَامِ الْخِدْمَةِ. إِذَا سَأَلْنَا الْمَوْجُودِينَ فِي الْحَافِلَةِ فَقَطْ، فَقَدْ نَغْفَلُ عَمَّنْ أَصْبَحَ الْمَسَارُ غَيْرَ مُنَاسِبٍ لَهُمْ.
عَادِلٌ: يُمْكِنُنِي وَضْعُ اسْتِمَارَةٍ فِي الْمَتْجَرِ، بِشَرْطِ أَلَّا نَحْصُرَ الدَّعْوَةَ فِي زَبَائِنِي. فَبَعْضُهُمْ قَدْ يَكْتُبُ لِمُسَانَدَتِي، وَيَنْبَغِي أَنْ تُتَاحَ الْفُرْصَةُ نَفْسُهَا فِي أَمَاكِنَ أُخْرَى.
هَانِي: سَنُتِيحُ اسْتِمَارَةً وَرَقِيَّةً وَأُخْرَى إِلِكْتُرُونِيَّةً، وَنَسْأَلُ عَنْ مَكَانِ الْبِدَايَةِ وَالْوِجْهَةِ وَوَقْتِ السَّفَرِ. وَسَنَذْكُرُ أَنَّ الْمُشَارَكَةَ طَوْعِيَّةٌ، وَأَنَّ الْإِجَابَاتِ لَيْسَتْ عَيِّنَةً عَشْوَائِيَّةً مِنَ السُّكَّانِ.
سَلْمَى: هَذَا يُوَسِّعُ مَا نَسْمَعُهُ، وَلَكِنَّهُ لَا يَكْفِي لِحِسَابِ نِسْبَةِ الْمُتَضَرِّرِينَ. أَقْتَرِحُ أَنْ نَعْرِضَ أَنْوَاعَ الصُّعُوبَاتِ وَأَمْثِلَتَهَا، وَنَتَجَنَّبَ تَقْدِيمَ عَدَدِ الرُّدُودِ كَأَنَّهُ تَصْوِيتٌ عَلَى الْمَسَارِ.
عَادِلٌ: مَا يَشْغَلُنِي الْآنَ هُوَ مَا سَيَحْدُثُ أَثْنَاءَ جَمْعِ الْمَعْلُومَاتِ. لَا أُرِيدُ أَنْ يَتَحَوَّلَ طَلَبُ أَدِلَّةٍ إِضَافِيَّةٍ إِلَى مُبَرِّرٍ لِتَرْكِ مُشْكِلَةِ التَّوْصِيلِ كَمَا هِيَ أَسَابِيعَ أُخْرَى.

عَادِلٌ: أُؤَيِّدُ دِرَاسَةَ التَّوَقُّفِ، وَلَكِنْ إِذَا غَيَّرْنَا الْمَحَطَّةَ وَمَوْعِدَ التَّوْصِيلِ مَعًا فَكَيْفَ سَنَفْهَمُ النَّتِيجَةَ؟ لَا أُرِيدُ أَنْ نَخْرُجَ مِنْ تَجْرِبَةٍ غَامِضَةٍ إِلَى تَجْرِبَةٍ أُخْرَى أَشَدَّ غُمُوضًا.
هَانِي: مُشْكِلَةُ التَّوْصِيلِ تَحْتَاجُ إِلَى مُعَالَجَةٍ قَرِيبَةٍ، وَسَنُسَجِّلُ تَارِيخَ أَيِّ تَغْيِيرٍ فِيهَا. أَمَّا التَّوَقُّفُ الْإِضَافِيُّ فَلَنْ نَبْدَأَ تَجْرِبَتَهُ قَبْلَ جَمْعِ بَيَانَاتٍ أَوْضَحَ عَنِ الرِّحْلَاتِ الْكَامِلَةِ.
سَلْمَى: أَقْبَلُ هَذَا التَّرْتِيبَ إِذَا كَانَ لِلْمُرَاجَعَةِ مَوْعِدٌ مُحَدَّدٌ. وَأُفَضِّلُ جَدْوَلًا يُظْهِرُ الْمَشْيَ وَالِانْتِظَارَ وَالرُّكُوبَ، لِأَنَّ الْمَجْمُوعَ وَحْدَهُ لَا يُوَضِّحُ أَيُّ جُزْءٍ مِنَ الرِّحْلَةِ يَحْتَاجُ إِلَى تَعْدِيلٍ.
عَادِلٌ: وَأُرِيدُ أَنْ يَتَضَمَّنَ التَّقْرِيرُ مَا لَمْ نَسْتَطِعْ تَفْسِيرَهُ. فَإِذَا عَادَتِ الْمَبِيعَاتُ بَعْدَ فَتْحِ السُّوقِ، فَلَا نُسَارِعْ إِلَى اعْتِبَارِ ذَلِكَ نَجَاحًا لِلتَّعْدِيلِ الَّذِي سَنُدْخِلُهُ عَلَى التَّوْصِيلِ.
هَانِي: أَقْتَرِحُ تَمْدِيدَ التَّجْرِبَةِ أُسْبُوعَيْنِ فَقَطْ، ثُمَّ عَرْضَ النَّتَائِجِ قَبْلَ أَيِّ قَرَارٍ دَائِمٍ. لَنْ يَكُونَ انْخِفَاضُ زَمَنِ الْحَافِلَةِ وَحْدَهُ مِعْيَارَ الِاسْتِمْرَارِ، وَسَنَعْرِضُ الْمَكَاسِبَ وَالْأَعْبَاءَ بِحَسَبِ الْمَنَاطِقِ وَالْأَوْقَاتِ.
