مَرْيَمُ: وَذَكَرَ الْمُلَخَّصُ أَنَّ مَسْبَحَ الْبَلْدَةِ الْمُجَاوِرَةِ بَدِيلٌ مُتَاحٌ. لَكِنَّ الْمَكَانَ الْمَوْجُودَ عَلَى الْخَرِيطَةِ لَيْسَ بِالضَّرُورَةِ مَكَانًا نَسْتَطِيعُ اسْتِخْدَامَهُ؛ فَأَنَا لَا أَمْلِكُ سَيَّارَةً، وَابْنَتِي تَحْضُرُ مَعَ مَجْمُوعَتِهَا الْمَدْرَسِيَّةِ هُنَا.
يَاسِرٌ: وَقَبْلَ وَصْفِ الْمَسْبَحِ بِقِلَّةِ الِاسْتِخْدَامِ، يَجِبُ شَرْحُ الْجَدْوَلِ. الْأَرْقَامُ فِيهِ عَدَدُ الزِّيَارَاتِ، لَا عَدَدُ الْأَشْخَاصِ؛ فَالْمُتَدَرِّبُ الَّذِي يَأْتِي ثَلَاثَ مَرَّاتٍ يُحْسَبُ ثَلَاثًا. وَهُنَاكَ فَرْقٌ بَيْنَ الْحُضُورِ وَالسَّعَةِ الْمُتَاحَةِ.
دَالِيَا: إِذَنْ نَحْتَاجُ إِلَى مَقَايِيسَ وَاضِحَةٍ لِعَدَدِ الْمُسْتَفِيدِينَ. أَمَّا الْوَفْرُ، فَهَلْ نُوَفِّرُ مِائَتَيْ أَلْفٍ فِعْلًا بِمُجَرَّدِ إِغْلَاقِ الْأَبْوَابِ أَمَامَ الْجُمْهُورِ؟
عَادِلٌ: لَا؛ فِي السَّنَةِ الْأُولَى تَبْقَى خَمْسُونَ أَلْفًا لِصِيَانَةِ الْمَبْنَى الْمُغْلَقِ وَحِرَاسَتِهِ، وَأَرْبَعُونَ أَلْفًا لِالْتِزَامَاتٍ تَعَاقُدِيَّةٍ قَائِمَةٍ. وَبَعْدَ خَصْمِ هَذِهِ التِّسْعِينَ أَلْفًا، يَكُونُ الْوَفْرُ مِائَةً وَعَشَرَةَ آلَافٍ، قَبْلَ تَكْلِفَةِ الْبَدِيلِ.
مَرْيَمُ: وَفِي الْوَرَقَةِ الْمُرْفَقَةِ تَقْدِيرٌ بِسِتِّينَ أَلْفًا لِاسْتِئْجَارِ أَوْقَاتٍ فِي الْمَسْبَحِ الْآخَرِ وَنَقْلِ الْمَجْمُوعَاتِ. هَلْ هَذَا عَرْضٌ مُلْزِمٌ، أَمْ حِسَابٌ أَوَّلِيٌّ يُمْكِنُ أَنْ يَتَغَيَّرَ بَعْدَ تَحْدِيدِ الْمَوَاعِيدِ وَعَدَدِ الرِّحْلَاتِ؟
يَاسِرٌ: رَدُّ الْمَسْبَحِ الْآخَرِ أَوَّلِيٌّ. عَرَضُوا وَقْتًا لِمَجْمُوعَتَيْنِ مَدْرَسِيَّتَيْنِ، وَنَحْنُ لَدَيْنَا ثَلَاثُ مَجْمُوعَاتٍ. وَأَحَدُ الْمَوْعِدَيْنِ يَتَعَارَضُ مَعَ دَرْسٍ لَا تَسْتَطِيعُ الْمَدْرَسَةُ نَقْلَهُ، فَلَا أَعُدُّ هَذَا بَدِيلًا مُكْتَمِلًا حَتَّى الْآنَ.
دَالِيَا: إِذَنْ لَا نَسْتَطِيعُ أَنْ نَعِدَ الْأُسَرَ بِاسْتِمْرَارِ الدُّرُوسِ فِي مَكَانٍ آخَرَ بِالشُّرُوطِ نَفْسِهَا. أُرِيدُ أَنْ يَظْهَرَ هَذَا الْقَيْدُ فِي التَّوْصِيَةِ، وَأَنْ نُسَمِّيَ الْأَرْقَامَ بِمَا تُمَثِّلُهُ فِعْلًا.
عَادِلٌ: إِذَا اعْتَمَدْنَا تَقْدِيرَ الْبَدِيلِ، فَسَيَبْقَى وَفْرٌ قَدْرُهُ خَمْسُونَ أَلْفًا فِي السَّنَةِ الْأُولَى. هَذَا حِسَابٌ مَشْرُوطٌ بِصِحَّةِ التَّقْدِيرِ، وَلَيْسَ وَعْدًا. سَأُصَحِّحُ الْمُلَخَّصَ الَّذِي أَوْحَى بِوَفْرِ مِائَتَيْ أَلْفٍ.

دَالِيَا: لَا نَفْتَرِضُ أَنَّ الْوَقْتَ قَلِيلَ الْحُضُورِ قَلِيلُ الْقِيمَةِ. مَنْ سَيَفْقِدُ مَوْعِدَهُ، وَهَلْ يَسْتَطِيعُ الِانْتِقَالَ إِلَى وَقْتٍ آخَرَ؟ هَذِهِ أَسْئِلَةٌ تَسْبِقُ اعْتِمَادَ جَدْوَلٍ يَبْدُو أَوْفَرَ عَلَى الْوَرَقِ.
عَادِلٌ: وَمَبْلَغُ الثَّلَاثِينَ أَلْفًا يَخُصُّ نَفَقَاتٍ تَرْتَبِطُ بِسَاعَاتِ الْفَتْحِ، لَا الْأُجُورَ الْمُلْتَزَمَ بِهَا فِي عُقُودِنَا. سَأُرَاجِعُهُ مَعَ يَاسِرٍ؛ فَإِنْ تَغَيَّرَ الْجَدْوَلُ حِفَاظًا عَلَى بَعْضِ الْحِصَصِ، تَغَيَّرَ الْوَفْرُ أَيْضًا.
مَرْيَمُ: تَحْضُرُ أُخْتِي حِصَّةَ الظُّهْرِ مَعَ سَبْعِ مُشَارِكَاتٍ أُخْرَيَاتٍ؛ هَذَا الْوَقْتُ يُنَاسِبُ مَسْؤُولِيَّاتِهَا الْأُسَرِيَّةَ. قِلَّةُ الْعَدَدِ لَا تَعْنِي أَنَّ النَّقْلَ إِلَى الْمَسَاءِ مُمْكِنٌ. اِسْأَلُوا الْمُشَارِكَاتِ قَبْلَ اعْتِبَارِهِنَّ قَابِلَاتٍ لِلنَّقْلِ.
يَاسِرٌ: أَقْبَلُ ذَلِكَ، وَسَأُعَدِّلُ اقْتِرَاحِي. نَبْدَأُ بِمَعْرِفَةِ حَاجَاتِ الْمَجْمُوعَاتِ وَالْأَوْقَاتِ الْبَدِيلَةِ الْفِعْلِيَّةِ، لَا بِشَطْبِ أَقَلِّ الْأَعْمِدَةِ رَقْمًا. وَسَأَفْصِلُ فِي الْبَيَانَاتِ بَيْنَ الزِّيَارَاتِ وَالْمُشْتَرِكِينَ الْمُخْتَلِفِينَ وَالْحِصَصِ الْمُلْغَاةِ.
دَالِيَا: وَيُمْكِنُ لِلْأُسَرِ الْمُسَاعَدَةُ فِي جَمْعِ الْمُلَاحَظَاتِ، لَكِنَّ حَمَاسَهَا لَا يُغْنِي عَنِ الْمَوَارِدِ اللَّازِمَةِ لِلتَّشْغِيلِ. لَا أُرِيدُ خُطَّةً تَبْدُو مُتَوَازِنَةً لِأَنَّهَا تَفْتَرِضُ عَمَلًا تَطَوُّعِيًّا لَمْ يَتَعَهَّدْ بِهِ أَحَدٌ.
عَادِلٌ: وَسَنَتَحَقَّقُ مِنَ التَّبَرُّعَاتِ بِالطَّرِيقَةِ نَفْسِهَا. حَتَّى الْمَبْلَغُ الْمُؤَكَّدُ لِمَرَّةٍ وَاحِدَةٍ لَا يُسَجَّلُ كَدَخْلٍ يَتَكَرَّرُ سَنَوِيًّا. وَالْوَفْرُ مِنْ تَقْلِيلِ السَّاعَاتِ، إِنْ تَحَقَّقَ، لَنْ يُغَطِّيَ وَحْدَهُ الدَّعْمَ الْحَالِيَّ كُلَّهُ.
مَرْيَمُ: أَفْهَمُ أَنَّ الْمَسْبَحَ لَيْسَ الْخِدْمَةَ الْوَحِيدَةَ الَّتِي تَحْتَاجُ إِلَى تَمْوِيلٍ. لَكِنَّ الْمُقَارَنَةَ تَحْتَاجُ إِلَى خِيَارَاتٍ مُحَدَّدَةٍ؛ فَلَا نَسْتَطِيعُ مُنَاقَشَةَ التَّضْحِيَةِ بِخِدْمَةٍ أُخْرَى لَمْ يُسَمِّهَا الِاقْتِرَاحُ.
يَاسِرٌ: لِنَعْرِضْ إِذَنْ اسْتِمْرَارَ الْجَدْوَلِ الْحَالِيِّ، وَجَدْوَلًا مُخَفَّضًا بَعْدَ التَّشَاوُرِ، وَإِغْلَاقًا مَعَ بَدِيلٍ مَوْثُوقٍ. وَلِكُلِّ خِيَارٍ نُبَيِّنُ مَنْ يَسْتَفِيدُ وَمَنْ يَفْقِدُ خِدْمَةً، إِلَى جَانِبِ التَّكْلِفَةِ الَّتِي تَتَحَمَّلُهَا الْبَلْدَةُ.
دَالِيَا: قَبْلَ تَحْدِيدِ الْمَهَلِ، هَلْ يَكْفِي التَّمْوِيلُ الْمُعْتَمَدُ لِلْأَسَابِيعِ الْعَشَرَةِ الْبَاقِيَةِ مِنَ الْفَصْلِ؟ أُرِيدُ مَعْرِفَةَ مَا نَسْتَطِيعُ تَأْكِيدَهُ الْيَوْمَ، كَيْ لَا يَتَحَوَّلَ طَلَبُ الدِّرَاسَةِ إِلَى وَعْدٍ بِتَمْوِيلٍ مَفْقُودٍ.
