Omar bought a pair of black shoes from a nearby shop on Saturday. He tried them on quickly in the shop, then returned home. When he put them on again and walked in his room, he found them tight. He put them in their box and looked for the receipt in his bag.
The next day, Omar returned to the shop with the shoes and the receipt. He said to the shop assistant, “Good morning. I bought these shoes yesterday, but they are tight. Could I exchange them for a pair in a larger size, please?” The shop assistant looked at the receipt and said, “Yes, certainly.”
The shop assistant brought a black pair and a blue pair in a larger size. Omar said, “I prefer black.” He tried on the new black shoes and walked in them inside the shop. The assistant asked him, “Are they comfortable now?” He answered, “Yes, this size suits me. How much do I pay?”
The shop assistant said, “The price is the same, so you do not need to pay anything.” He put the shoes in the box and returned the receipt to Omar. Omar thanked the shop assistant and left happily. In the evening, he put on his new shoes and went to visit his brother. This time, walking was comfortable.
