Faris: Hello. I left my bag on the bus yesterday. Has it reached your office?

Clerk: Welcome. What was the bus number, and when did you get off?

Faris: Bus number seven. I got off at the last stop at six in the evening.

Clerk: And what does the bag look like? We have several bags.

Faris: It is a small blue bag with a brown strap and a front pocket.

Clerk: We have received a bag matching that description. What is in the front pocket?

Faris: A small red notebook and the house key.

Clerk: And what did you put in the main compartment of the bag?

Faris: Two shirts and a book about the city. There is also a card inside with my name on it.

Clerk: What is your name, please? I want to check the card.

Faris: My name is Faris. And I have my identity card if you need it.

Clerk: Yes, show it to me, please. The name here is also Faris.

Faris: Here you are. And this is my bag; I recognise the small mark on the strap.

Clerk: Good. Sign here to confirm that you have collected the bag.

Faris: Here you are, and thank you for your help. I was worried about the house key.
